Perfection inside & out is what you get at Paradise Point on Sunrise Beach. The views form the sprawling deck are stunning. Drive on blacktop to the door & step into this 4 bedroom 3 full bath home. This home is within 15 minutes car or boat ride to some of the best amenities and entertainment at the lake. The house is on mile marker #27 on the lake.

There are two living rooms, spacious dining room, king bedroom with on suite, two queen beds in two separate rooms, and one full bed with a bunkbed and daybed in the forth bedroom. Sofa sleeper in both living rooms and two queen air mattresses. Accommodates 15 if sleeper sofas are used. Large well stocked kitchen, outdoor grill and firepit. House includes 6 smart tv's, washer and dryer, boat dock with boat slips and parking for five vehicles. Boat dock slips 11.5 foot and 9.5 foot wide and 30 foot covered. There is a new concrete walkway down to the dock. Travel insurance is recommended if you wish to have trip protection cancellation. Loved our stay

Plenty of room for our family. Common areas were big enough for everyone to socialize and catch up. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay again and would recommend.

Upon our arrival at the house there was spider webs all around the property. Other than this, everything was neat and tidy. The location is very nice and private, but seemed to be difficult to get to any other locations around the lake.

Nice home.. enjoyed the stay with family, but it has some very old stuff and gets break easily have to be careful with them.

What a wonderful week we had. The view is breathtaking. The kitchen has everything you need. The walk down to the dock is a bit challenging for older folks, maybe small children or those with physical challenges but you don’t need to go down there to enjoy the property. Plenty of room and so comfortable. And if you need anything at all, the host is super responsive. We loved our stay. So much to do in the area. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful week together at this home. The layout and the deck of the home was perfect. There are many steps to the dock and the boat traffic can be heavy at times but easy access to main channel. Overall a great place for a big family.

Time to relax

We had a good time at this property. Loved how the kitchen was stocked and view was beautiful. Path to the dock was nice but a little too steep for me. Decor in home as great for such an older home. Updates were delightful.

Beautiful house, lovely stay

Everything about this house was lovely. And communication with the host was top notch, she answered all of my questions quickly. As soon as we walked in I noticed the bottle of wine and snacks for us to enjoy. My personal favorite was the coffee bar and the view from the deck every morning drinking my coffee outside. We will definitely be booking again

Nice place

Very nice, clean place. Lots of stairs to the dock was the only downfall but wouldn't keep us from renting again. Asked for a later check out since we were there for a tournament and the host was very accommodating!

Super Family Vacation

Awesome Family Vacation Spot! Fully equipped house with a responsive and helpful host. I would absolutely stay here again. Cove was quiet during the week, boat traffic increased on the weekend but plenty safe for swimming off the dock. Had a great time. We were very comfortable and I appreciated being able to bring our small dog along. Thank you for EVERYTHING!

Worst experience I’ve ever had in 30 years of renting homes. Was completely lied to all I was told was sorry here is your money back as we sit there in the busiest week of the year. All could have been avoided with honesty but they chose to hide issues with the home . Would never ever recommend the host!!!!

Several very dirty areas. Entry unclean. Deck by house black with dead bugs. Pillows without pillow cases. Dangerous situations on deck by water. Planking with nails on deck. Dirty windows. Cob webs thro out. Need I go on!!!!!! Would never recommend!!!!!

Perfect lake home!

We invited all our 4 adult kids and a baby for Father’s Day weekend. Plenty of space and big table for meal gatherings. Right on the lake for fun with boats, wave runners and floats. Much more shade than shows in photos. Great Lake views from deck and grassy lawn. Kitchen has everything! All bedrooms have tvs. Perfect for all our needs. A family reunion to remember!

Great house but watch out for the steep way down to the dock!

The property was well maintained and nicely furnished. Great deck with plenty of seating. Lots if nice touches - Plush towels, shampoo furnished, gift basket with wine and s’mores. A/C was on and house cool when we arrived. The only drawback was the long, steep concrete driveway (not steps) that led to the dock at a 45 degree angle. It was very challenging especially for the youngest and oldest among us.

Great fall trip for the family

Our family of 8 has stayed here twice for our fall trip to the lake, and we love it! The large deck and excellent views are my favorite elements of the property. There is also plenty of room for big families to spread out with two living rooms, a very large kitchen table for group dinner, and 3 full bathrooms. Overall another great stay! There are a few minor opportunities for improvement such as a faulty sink handle in the middle bathroom upstairs, better lighting for the stairs/walkway down to the dock, and some general dock maintenance such as replacing the blue nighttime lighting and some deteriorating wood planks. Again this is just constructive feedback! We love this place overall and want to see it thrive for many years to come!

October stay

We had a great fall weekend stay at this property with about 8 guests. Great spaces within the home, as well as the great back deck and lower dock area. Upstairs is all bedrooms, with the main entry area having the living/dining/kitchen and full bathroom. Plenty of room to spread out with the two living spaces. Kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies, which was nice. The back deck was great for hanging out during the day, as well as the fire pit on the adjacent yard with killer views. Lots of stars on clear nights. Yes the ramp down to the dock is steep, but typical of the area. We didn’t have any problems with it. Overall a great property to stay and definitely as-listed. Would love to come back.

Family vacation with our adult children.

The property was well maintained and a beautiful location and gorgeous view of the lake. We visited during July 4th and were treated to an outstanding fireworks display from the deck of the house. We loved how so many windows had a view of the lake and enjoyed many of our meals on the deck or with a view of the lake from the kitchen table. We did quite a bit of cooking and bbq-ing at the house and were very happy with the quantity of pots, pans, trays and utensils available for cooking and serving. We took a long walk each morning and enjoyed browsing the neighborhood looking at the other houses and saw deer and other wildlife every day on our walks. We appreciated the homeowners recommendations for renting a boat for the day. We spent quite a bit of time out on the dock and in the water but also took in some local restaurants, the state park and the local grocery store. We loved the coffee bar the homeowner had set up for us and enjoyed coffee out on the deck most mornings watching the fish jump out of the lake and listening to the birds. We loved the trip, the area and the accommodations.

Fantastic Family Trip

We celebrated a 60th birthday with our three sons, their partners and two grandchildren — a total of 8 adults, a 2-year-old and a 2-month-old. This property was perfect for us. It was off season so it was quiet with plenty of room for all of us. We had enough beds/bedrooms. Two living rooms (football on one TV, Disney on the other). Large dining table so we all could eat together and play board games. We collaborated on meals and the kitchen had room for all the cooks who wanted to be in there. We didn't do any boating, but did walk down to the dock to see the water. And 2-year-old liked watching the "speedy boats" from both the deck and inside from the large windows. Gloria was a wonderful host — loved the well-stocked coffee bar. Found shampoo and conditioner in bathroom drawers for our use. I highly recommend this property for your group. And we hope to come back until we have too many grands for the space!

My family and I love spending time at our Lakehouse Paradise Cove. There is so much to do in this area. We love the time boating on the water but also like to hike and tour the distilleries and winery's. I am sure we have not made it to all the amazing and unique restaurants in this area. We love the food and drinks at Franky & Louies, Shorty Pants, Lakehouse13 and so many others. For groceries Woods is just a short drive away but I also love Dierburg's and their great selection on Osage Beach Parkway. I hope your family will love our home and the Lake of the Ozarks as much as we do.

One of the main reasons I fell in love with this property is the amazing views. It is right off the main channel and the views are just awesome. It has a huge deck off the dining where you can grill and chill. Easily seats 16 people on the deck with room to spare. The dock is great to pull in your boat and have it covered. The house is easy access from the parking only four stairs down and you are at the house. If we need extra parking we use the overflow parking on the hill. I have a large family and this house really meets our needs.

It is so nice that this house sits right on the water and has a boat dock. You can relax on the deck or the dock. Lots of great fishing off the dock as well. The house was recently updated in 2020 so it is clean and fresh and ready for guests.
