There is a master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom, a second King bedroom, third Queen bedroom and two separate bathrooms. The open plan layout features a living room with ample seating, large windows overlooking the garden and ocean, gas fireplace, HDTV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and kitchen table with doors opening out to the sunny patio with propane BBQ. There is also a separate family room with cozy wood stove, office, laundry room and a large garage.

The beach and rainforest nature trails of the Mill Bay Nature Park are about a 5 minute stroll along the quiet country road. The Mill Bay Marina offers year round moorage, rentals and a restaurant. The grocery store and shops of Mill Bay village are a 5 minute drive away.
