We rented two properties at SunSeaSand for our large family of 12 people. It was perfect for us as we each had our own space in bed, but he had had great access to a small pool and the beach. i would highly recommend to other others.

Annual Girl's Trip

This property was very well maintained for the price, accessibility was great. We even got locked out one night and communication with the owner was quick and efficient. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, 5 min from beach, good air conditioning, and comfy beds. Would benefit from clearer directions for beach supplies/toys, cookie sheet in kitchen, and more towels for showers. I would stay here again anytime!

Clean and Comfortable

The Property made for a very comfortable stay…there is a security gate to access the property which made us feel very safe. The host quickly responded at all of our questions and quickly fulfilled all our request. I loved how clean and open the house was. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors

Perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at SSS. The property was very clean, the property managers were very warm and welcoming as well. The 3 bedroom unit had everything we needed. It was a quick walk to the beach with a cleared path. The kiting on the beach was epic and we will be back! Thanks again :)

Beautiful clean spacious condo near the beach!

We completely enjoyed this beautiful spacious 3 bedroom condo! It was very clean, appeared new, modern, with a full kitchen, 3 bathrooms, washer/dryer, balcony with plenty of seating, pool, and 5 minute walk to the beach. The owner, Hoc, was very quick to respond to any of our concerns and questions. We couldn't ask for more. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Turks & Caicos!

Good property

It’s an apartment in a group of 4 rentals, it’s gated and has a shared pool. The place is clean and function. It’s a close walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. Bedding is sparse and inexpensive, could use some fluffy pillows, blankets and better sheets. Other than that it’s a good deal for a clean rental, we were happy with our stay.

Perfect location

The location was perfect for our family’s vacation during the pandemic. Very short walk to the beach with paddle boards and kayaks for our use and very quiet where there is only us and at most another family at the beach area. We were within 5 to 10 driving to nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Hoc was very accessible to answer questions and provide whatever that we needed. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The balcony and the roof top was a huge plus to enjoy the sunrise each morning. The pool was perfect for the kids to swim in after the day at the beach. Would definitely stay here again when we come back in the future.

Great location with easy walking access to the beach. Electric bikes, paddle boards, kayaks etc. Pool was perfect and we could easily see the kids swimming from the deck or rooftop.Caretaker, Joseph, was friendly and cut fresh coconuts for the kids one morning.The home is spacious and the beds/bedding were comfortable. One reccomendation would be for some plastic cups for drinks by the pool. Consider grabbing some solo cups when coming to the house.

Beautiful property

We loved Sun Sea & Sand. The property looks brand new and everything is spotless. The pool is huge and perfectly clean. Joseph was on site every day and available for any questions. The host was amazingly responsive. From our very first contact it never took more than five minutes to receive a response to any question. Lots of amenities and lives the location. There is nothing I can criticize as everything was perfect.

perfect home for our TCI vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Sun Sea Sand. We stayed in the 3-bedroom apartment, and it was perfect for us. We had all the space we needed, and having 2 1/2 bathrooms was great! We used the well-stocked kitchen almost every night, and enjoyed using the grill. The home was clean. The pool was lovely too. Oh, and we loved the back porch/veranda. It was nice to be a 5-minute walk from the beach. And driving to Grace Bay was only a 7- or 8- minute drive. In other words, location was great. We were very happy with the availability of snorkel gear, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. The on-site caretaker was super helpful and kind with any question we had. I can recommend Sun Sea Sand without hesitation. Enjoy your stay!
