Caribbean Sea Breeze Villas is a unique boutique villa beach front property, located in Providenciales, directly fronting the Caribbean Sea on Long Bay Beach; one of the most beautiful, undisturbed, and quiet beaches in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Caribbean Sea Breeze Villas consists a total of three (3) well appointed, comfortable and professionally managed Villas.

Seabreeze Villa is an upper level two bedroom ocean front unit which comprise of 2 queen sized beds, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and living area. This Villa can sleep up to 6 people.

All our Villas are directly fronting the Caribbean Sea on Long Bay Beach. These Villas are no more than 25 feet from the edge of the dune. The views are to die for!

All our villas have free, open & unlimited access to the beach and all other facilities we have to offer.

We provide free light daily housekeeping, bath & beach towels, free wireless internet, complementary toiletries, BBQ, Sun loungers, free (unlimited) air-conditioning, water, power, linens etc. If you need it - we've most probably got it - and it's all included in the nightly rate!

Our rates are per villa - not per person. We do not charge extra person charges, up to the maximum occupancy of each individual villa.

We only charge the regulated government taxes of 12% on top of the nightly rate. We do not charge for anything else.

To make a reservation with us, we only require a three night deposit at the time of the booking of your villa.

The balance of the reservation payment is due only 21 days prior to your date of arrival.

A Visa or Master Card credit card can be used to reserve your desired villa with us.

Should you need to cancel, we just need a notice of 28 days prior to your date of arrival and you will get a full refund of your deposit.

Our Villas have been recently remodeled and tastefully redecorated with new furnishings.

The beach, in front of our villas, has powdery soft white sand, crystal clear ocean water and views as far as the eye can see with constant cooling tradewinds.

We are located on a continuous three (3) mile long stretch of Long Bay Beach, allowing you the pleasure of a casual romantic walk along the shore, or a long jog for a good work out.

Of course you can also do absolutely nothing other than lay on a lounger with your favorite cocktail, soak up the sun and inhale the fresh ocean breeze!

We are located In Long Bay, at 137 Long Bay Beach Drive - directly on the Caribbean Sea!.

We absolutely loved this villa! It has everything that is needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We love that there was laundry facilities available. It was quiet and serene. Most days we had the beach to ourselves.

Lovely beach cottage

Great beach cottage, this is our second year coming. They have cleaned up the beach of an area of big shells/rocks directly in front which made it much nicer to play in the water with the kids! It isnā€™t a fancy condo, but very clean and comfortable and the location is perfect.

Amazing retreat

Crystal clear blue water. Your own little of piece of heaven...Away from the noisy resorts on the south side of the island. Very clean villa and spacious...perfect for 3-4 people. Only 7-8 minutes away from Grace Bay. Highly recommend

Location is amazing!!! Right on the beach. Porch facing the ocean. Housekeeping every other day with clean towels. Wifi is excellent. House does need some updating and maintenance. Also needs to address the ant issue.

Great location.

Great location right on long bay Beach. Perfect for kitesurfers, rigged and launched directly in front of unit 50 yards or so from unit. Stayed in upper level of 2 level unit, with wrap around deck. Great for sunrise and sunset views. Owners very quick to respond to questions and needs. Will be back next year.

Wonderful time!

The property was as advertised: beautiful beach view and frontage with plenty of sea breezes. The villa was clean and the set up was great for the two of us, with each having our own bedroom and bath. The wraparound deck provided shade or sun and protection from the winds as we wished at various times of the day. Very much appreciated the kayak availability -- had much fun playing in the surf!

A beautiful island, beautiful beaches, great restaurants. We had a great time. We stayed in the upper unit. Nicely done, great views, great ocean breeze. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, but no air in the main living area. Ocean breeze kept us cool, but air conditioning would have been nice. Location was perfect for us. Very private neighborhood and beach. Leta, our host, was a true joy.

Almost perfect

Loved the view from the balcony. There seems to be bed bugs in the first room as you enter the main door. My daughter had bites on her legs. My husband did too we where on the other room, I did not feel nor did I get bit. The floors get very wet, so instructions or mop would be nice. Lita was nice, don't know if she understood all I said.

the ocean view was fantastic. the balcony and the walkways down to the beach were in poor repair. Many trip hazards! The staff helped repair a broken screen, but it did not feel as if repairs were attended to before our arrival. For the price, I think these things should have been better.

Beautiful quiet property.

Iā€™m not sure you can beat this ocean front property for the price but keep in mind that food is 3X the US cost. You can bring whatever food you look to TCI. There is a lovely balcony, large downstairs patio and you walk right out to a nearly private beach. There are three villas: 2 in the larger building (we stayed upstairs) and a cottage next door. It is completely relaxing and Lita, the gracious housekeeper was there most days with light housekeeping and fresh towels 3 days out of our 1 week stay. This place i provides total relaxation. You will need a rental car and parking is readily available. There is a functioning grill but the nicer Weber pictured did not work. The book on-site gives the name of a Concierege who was pretty responsive and a handyman who was pleasant but did not follow through on repairing blinds that obstructed one ocean-view window. There were no bikes but the sand is soft so you canā€™t bike in the beach here anyway. If vrbo allowed, I would rate this property 4.5 out of 5

A great location. Good size property. Good value.

We did enjoy our stay at Long Bay. Because of the consistent wind it was a shame the shutters couldnā€™t open and close easily. The wind was very noisy in the sea facing bedroom whistling through the gaps. 2 singles beds with the option of putting them together, would be useful. A curtain in the lounge to block out the morning sun. We couldnā€™t close the lounge shutters.

Great Location!

House was in a great location with very private beach access. Check-in/out was very easy and getting to the property was in good proximity of the airport. Villa was in close proximity to all adventures and activities. Host was very responsive and attended to our needs as someone looking to enjoy the entire island. This location is great for someone looking for private, secluded location to relax and enjoy life on the beach!

Location!

The amazing thing about this property is its location. Walk out to the beautiful water & enjoy! It is so peaceful & quiet. I walked every day on the beach. There are kayaks, snorkel & other beach equipment to use. There are also bikes. I did not mind that A/C is only in the bedrooms because there are ceiling fans & a great breeze through the sliding glass door. The housekeepers are so so sweet. Weā€™ll be back!
