Mountain chalet with swimming pool and sauna - in the heart of the Hautes Alpes

Our chalet, built from brushed larch wood, was designed with environmental concerns in mind. Renewable energy sources include solar power and a wood pellet boiler fueled by 100% natural pellets sourced directly from the local forest; there is also a charging station for electric vehicles.

Located less than 10 minutes from the Serre Chevalier slopes (Les Aravets) and less than 5 minutes from the free shuttle buses (every 30 minutes).

There’s plenty of space for everyone—this luxury chalet is very spacious (over 400 m²), spread over three floors, with modern decor and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
All 6 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms.

The entire first floor is dedicated to wellness and leisure, featuring an indoor pool, a sauna, a cozy area for yoga and massages, a lounge bar with billiards, darts, game tables, and video games, and a large terrace with a barbecue.

On the third floor is the living area for dining, reading, and watching movies: a large open-concept kitchen with TV and reading lounges, and a large wooden dining table.

On the first floor, a large garage that can accommodate 4 cars, with areas for a coatroom, ski storage, mountain gear, and bicycles.

We’ll welcome you upon your arrival, and to make your stay even more comfortable, we’ll connect you with our partners, who will be happy to assist you and respond to your requests: booking ski passes, equipment, and lessons; arranging for a driver or shuttle; in-home massages, private chefs, catered meals, breakfast, housekeeping during your stay, activity planning, babysitting, and more.

No later than upon check-in, a check in the amount of €5,000, (five thousand euros) by check will be required as a security deposit to cover any damage and/or deterioration to the accommodation, furniture, and furnishings caused by the guest, as well as the loss of keys or other items.
The security deposit will not be cashed and will be held for a maximum of fifteen days after departure, after deducting, if applicable, any amounts covering damage to the Rental Property, its furnishings, and contents caused by the tenant, as well as the loss of keys or items and failure to clean the property (€500).
