We upgrade our sofa sleeper mattresses to the memory foam so I will ensure this type of mattress is in this unit. Brenda: Thank you for your review. We have had more rain than usual over the previous weeks, but we have evaluated the crawl space and there is no sign of mold. We are glad we were able to find an alternative unit that you were able to enjoy. We hope to see you again in the future. Jamie

Twana, It is unfortunate to hear you were dissatisfied with your stay with us. We appreciate you bringing the mice problem to our attention. We wish we could have heard about this during your stay that way we could have moved you to a different unit immediately. As far as the living room and bedroom windows, yes they do overlook the rec room of the facility. With that being said guests who are inside the rec room are not able to see into the unit at all so there is still privacy. The rec room hours are 8-7 and then it is locked so other guests do not disturb guests in these units. There are functioning windows in this unit, another in the living room, and in the bedroom that can be opened for airflow. Again we appreciate your feedback and will make changes necessary so that way guests enjoy their stay with us as customer service is our top priority.

Jillian: Thank you for taking the time to share a review. I am glad you were able to easily access activities from our property. Many of our families enjoy the pool and "romping areas" of trees and rocky areas during their summer travels. I am sorry that you felt that it was not very family friendly. We do offer larger two bedroom units on property. I wish you would have contacted us while staying with us, and we would have looked for an alternative unit for your stay. The unit does overlook the rec room and we are considerate of this as we close the rec room early so noise does not interfere with your evening. Hopefully you took advantage of the fans provided. Maintenance will evaluate the sleeper to see what repairs are needed. We again are sorry that you did not have a five star stay. We care about our guests and are available to assist as needed. Jamie
