Great location and view

Pro- Overall the unit and stay was fantastic. The location, other guests and employees where great. Love going to Florida and the property management group is amazing to work with. Couple of areas of improvement but is more about maintenance/ upkeep of the unit itself. About half of the wood blinds either did not work at all or you had to "finesse" them to get them to work. The dimming knob in the kitchen for the lights was no attached so it kept falling off, we would just stick it back on the post. There is a very small leak under the kitchen sink when using the garbage disposal. Found this issue when I was doing the dishes and my sock started getting wet. After looking at it you can tell it has been that way for a while now. Lastly some of the dishes were covered in dust/ fuzz. Looked to me as if those dishes were never really used and just sat there collecting dust and fuzz. These are minor things that just kinda threw us off through the stay. We definitely will return and use the same property management group as we have used them the past few years and love the way they handle business.
