The Cajun Pearl 3.0 is so much prettier than it appears in photos . Extremely nice condo. We appreciated the extra beach and pool items in the condo to use. King size beds are very firm, so my people were happy. Kitchen is fully stocked! I am sure the following issues will be taken care of for the next renters, but have to be honest. The mini fridge in the 2nd master was frozen up, so I text a photo to management but never heard back. Truly, the only major issue was cleanliness. There was sand in master bedroom and inside the dryer. The towels were not clean so we had to wash them before using. The toilets in the master bath and hall bath both had ā€œremnantā€ from someone using it. In the 2nd master suite: the shower wasnā€™t clean and the shower curtain has mold.The dishes were not too clean, so we ran two loads in the dishwasher before using anything. We also had to wipe the kitchen cabinets out with Clorox wipes as they were also dirty. We literally wiped everything down with Clorox wipes and sprayed everything with Lysol. After we cleaned everything that first day, we had a good trip.

Excellent spot for a week away!

This condo is exactly what we were looking for! The condo itself has so much to offer. There were 8 of us (with the youngest being 16/17), and it gave us plenty of room and space to spread out for the week. The balcony view is incredible and itā€™s so nice having the pool & ocean so close. The full size washer & dryer were clutch. The condo had so much extra storage so we could tuck our luggage away and not feel like we were tripping over ourselves and our things. And to top it all off, the owners were wonderful! They answered all my questions and were great hosts. While we were there we already booked our dates for next year! Weā€™re looking forward to making this our yearly family tradition!

Very comfy condo, lots of extra pillows, blankets, room. Great location. No issues at all with the condo itself, the booking process, or location. However, beware of the washer/dryer, one of the two left black marks on our clothes.

Fantastic place

Upon arrival there was plenty of parking spaces, the bldging was maintained inside and outside very well. The unit my family and I stayed in was very nice and clean. It had a lot of room which was ideal because there were 3 children with us ranging from ages 4 to 11. The views from the unit of the beach were absolutely beautiful. We all had a great time.

Great condo and perfect beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo has plenty of room and everything needed. The shower in the master was huge and ended up being perfect for showering our 4 young kids after fun days at the beach and pool. The beach is beautiful and the water was the beautiful emerald green that you see in pictures. The Pearl has wonderful amenities, including easy handicap access with ramps to the pool and beach.

Nice resort, but not what we expected

We recently stayed here in late July/early Aug and had a pretty good time. We did have some issues with the condo such as dresser doors broken, ice maker over produces a lot, bunk bed loose and unsafe to sleep on the top bunk and appliances need updating. The view was great, the beds were comfortable, facilities/elevators of the building were clean. However, the elevators did have issues the day we arrived. The biggest disappointment by far was the beach/water. If you are going between June-Oct be aware that there may be June grass in the water. Think swimming in a pool of seaweed. The water was dark brown almost black and gross. This can happen anywhere along the emerald coast so it is not the fault of the condo, but part of nature and something to be aware of. Having said that, we prefer Destin and all of the things there are to do there. When we go back to a Florida beach, we will not be going to Navarre.

Perfect for big family

The condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of beds with extra sofa , trundle, air mattress and cot (even though we didnā€™t use them). The view from the 5th floor is perfect. I could still see our folks on the beach. Kitchen is stocked with all the supplies you need. Ice maker was a life saver!!! Owners very helpful and quick with response. Beach steps away and very family oriented! We will be back!!

Family June vacation.

Very nice place, would stay again. Bedrooms separated for privacy with one being an efficiency. During our stay issues with one of the 2 elevators which made long waits. Overall it was a great time. Had fun at beach and pools. Area is laid back, very nice.

We LOVED our time here. This condo is in a great location. Extremely easy walk and great access to the beach. Enough room for a family of four, and three adults. I would highly recommend.

Great condo!

This was the perfect place for a quick last minute weekend escape with my parents. Our favorite part was the comfortable balcony furniture! Another plus was the free umbrella and chairs included with the rental. Check-in process was easy and straightforward. Iā€™ve been coming to Navarre Beach with my family for several years, and we will consider renting with Michelle again.

***This Gulf of Mexico wonder of Navarre Beach has been the vacation spot for my husband since he was a small child and for me 25 or more years. I love to relax under an umbrella in the late afternoon at the beach while my husband naps on our full-size sofas on the balcony. I enjoy waking up to see that fantastic beach and ocean view.

It is Great for Families, Couples or Girls Getaway. If you want a little more action, you can go listen to a band, have some cocktails, go dancing or just go hang out ... there are plenty places to go. Navarre is Florida "best kept secret" -- now they are calling it "the most relaxing place"

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

I enjoy the simple things, cocktails or coffee on the balcony, propped up on my sofa listening to the ocean and watching the dolphins and birds ... and not a bad place to work on your computer ā€“ Ha Ha.

You are right there on the beach ... with a short walk to the ocean. The Pearl is one of a few complexes in the area with a hot tub and the only one with a heated pool.
