Our King Suite offers a private bathroom and pull out sofa in living room. This unit also has a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, coffee maker and dinnerware for all your dinning needs. Our boutique motel also offers a pool, fishing dock, grills, bikes, kayaks, paddle board and more. We also have beach chairs and wagons on a first come basis. We are located on the quiet north Clearwater Beach and only a 5 minute walk to the beach or 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars and shops.

Host Russ - zero communication

Christy on site was amazing. Russ had an inaccurate description of the room and my children did not have a comfortable place to sleep. Definitely does NOT sleep 4 people. Reached out to Russ multiple times with no response! This terrible rating is all due to Russ, not Christy.

Was not a king suite but beautiful place

We loved the location and unit but it was not a king suite and did not have a pull out couch. We were given an air mattress to help. The pool was amazing. The grounds were impeccably clean. The grills and kayaks were like new. Location was an easy walk to the beach and town. The chairs and umbrella they lent to us were like new. They also offered coolers and wagons. The other guests were polite and made for an incredible week. And the fireworks on the 4th of July were wonderful to watch right on the dock.

Amazing property

Wonderful place to stay. Only blocks from the beach. Pool was nice. Jennie was wonderful to work with. We would definitely come back.

Good value

Unit was as described and pictured ( take note of square footage) Friendly and great atmosphere! We used the bikes that were available everyday.

Super nice place. Totally clean and comfortable.

I used the complimentary bikes. They offer complimentary kayaks, too, but I thought it was too cool out. They have a good fireworks display at the beach for New Year's Eve. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is unusually small. I'm happy it had a tub. But this is not going to work for very large people.

Cozy and convenient

Beach and restaurants were both within short walking distance. Property well mantained, friendly staff and guests, nice to be able to borrow beach chairs. I would definitely consider returning.

Small but cozy

The room was just enough for my wife and I. We also enjoyed the pool, but could’ve been a little bigger. The location was quaint and quiet for the most part. The beach access was just 2 blocks away and we met some nice folks at a local pub with great food and drink selections. We would consider coming back once a year around the same time, but the pool might be the deciding factor especially if we invite friends.

Mostly good, but some bad.

Everything is contactless. So, I never actually met the manager of the property. Maybe that's good for some who prefer not to talk to too many people, but I can understand if that would be a little distressing for people who like to talk to people. The location is excellent for the area. It's quiet and a little off the main stretch, but EVERYTHING is in walking distance. Sitting out by the pool was nice too. My main gripe is the size of the bathroom (I'm a taller guy, so it's definitely not made for taller/bigger people) and the bed. My partner had no issues sleeping, but then again, she can sleep anywhere at any time, lol. For me though, the comforter wasn't breathable and neither was the bed. The amount of times I woke up in the middle of the night laying in a pool of sweat only to uncover myself to try to cool down and then freeze kept me from sleeping well the entire time. I had to raise the temperature to 78° in the room and just use two sheets to make it somewhat bearable, but even then I still woke up sweating a couple times. Even with that though, I give it 9 out of 10 stars. It was definitely worth it, though with the bed situation, I think I'll stay at the Hilton next time. Trying to walk around all day with 1-2 hours of sleep a night is not a good way to spend a vacation.

Perfect Getaway on Clearwater Beach

FivePalms is a great choice over all the high rise, busy, hectic condominiums. A nice quiet street on the bay but still easy walk into the busy district where there are plenty of dining options. Bayside with views and just 2 blocks from the beach. They provide beach chairs, bicycles, and kayaks. The room was very nicely decorated with ample space and good A/C. Everything is clean and bed is very comfortable. Pool is nice and all outside areas are well maintained and manicured. Parking spot is included too. We'll be back - so much to do all around Pinellas County!

Weekend getaway

We stopped in for a couple of days on a weekend and had a great time. The property was clean, and very well maintained. We were able to relax and enjoy our brief stay.

Long weekend getaway

Good place but small

We stayed for 10 nights. The place was fairly well stocked and cleaned. The bed was brand new and very comfortable. Overall the place was a lot smaller than we expected but yet probably still a tiny bit larger than your average hotel room. Pool was small but worked with the group of people who were visiting at the time. The sun was blocked for the later part of the day in the pool based on the building positions. Bathroom was very tight and required a lot of shifting around but worked. Management was very kind and busted their butt daily around the property. The property is a good 10-15 min hike from the end of the main strip so I’d encourage really taking that into consideration when booking. My husband and I would definitely stay at this property again, as long as we are not staying another 10 days. The property was just a little small for THAT long of a vacation for us.

Perfect Clearwater Stay

My partner and I stayed at Five Palms when visiting Clearwater for the first time for a friend's wedding. The facility was honestly perfect. It was very clean and well kept, which I value so much when staying somewhere. The kitchen had a decent amount of dishes and basic cookware giving us the ability to make a few meals indoors. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk and that was with us dragging a load of beach equipment in the heat (so really an easy walk). Five Palms also has a stack of free beach equipment to use, which was seriously so wonderful and helpful and made beach time perfect. There were additional amenities, like the laundry facility and kayak rentals, that we didn't even have time to take advantage of. The location is great if you don't mind walking places. We didn't have a car and had no trouble getting beach beverages from the gas station (also less than a 10 min walk and on the way to the beach), trying out a cool of the local spots near by including Hulk Hogan's restaurant/bar, and arcade. Five Palms is tucked away in the back, but we found that it was really nice to have more of a quite resting place. 10/10 would stay here again!
