Each unit has fully stocked kitchen with all utensils and cookware along with dishes to allow for full cooking needs. Also has full size refrigerator and freezer. Located on first floor poolside. Boutique motel has pool, fishing dock, grills, kayaks, paddle board and bikes. We also have beach chairs and wagons for your use as first come basis. The beach is a short 5 minute walk and a short 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars and gift shops.

Short Getaway

This location was great! Within walking distance to virtually everything. A short walk to the beach. Friendly staff. Clean and maintained. This condo worked good for our quick stay with our family of 4. Not a lot of extra room with our luggage. We utilized the outdoor tables which was great! Will stay again for sure!

Clearwater get a way

We really liked this property, very cozy. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the area and that we could walk to the beach and into town. Also very appreciative that they have wagon, cooler and beach chairs for guests to use. Will definitely consider this property again. Looks exactly like the pictures.

Complete package

My 3 children and I enjoyed our stay at Five Palms . There is a full fleet of bicycles to borrow, beach toys, sun shades, beach chairs, and we were even able to try kayaking and paddle boarding with no extra cost. The beach is a very short, pleasant walk. The rental unit was clean and well decorated. The beds, even the sofa bed were very comfortable. We would stay again!

Clearwater getaway

My husband and I absolutely LOVED this property! Terri and Jim were amazing and friendly. The use of the bicycles was very convenient and a lifesaver as I have a foot injury and couldn't walk far. I can't say enough wonderful things about 5 Palms! I highly recommend it!

The best of both worlds!

This sweet little place had access to the bay and was just a couple short blocks to the ocean! Swimming pool was nice. We had access to bikes and kayaks. There is a trolly that runs around town. It was so nice to be on the quiet North side of town but close enough to downtown to even walk! We enjoyed our trip! Thank you!

My daughter and I loved this place! When I first walked into the complex, I thought I was in Melrose Place! The unit was super cute and updated. It was located just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. We loved the bicycles they offered and used them every day. We didn't use the kayaks offered, but hopefully we will some time in the future. The pool was really nice too and had a lot of fun floats. We will definitely be back!

Very Clean & Cute, but not fully accurate

We LOVED riding the bikes and our room was very clean, simple and cute. Our only gripe is about the kayaks/paddle boards & the ratty extra sheets they gave us. There was only one paddle board, and it was in sketchy conduction. The kayaks were old and very well-used, but we were at least able to make it work. The location is a pretty short walk/bike ride to the beach, which is nice since we did not drive a car. on our vacation. The manager was helpful and kind. Anywhere that close to the beach is going to be a bit pricey, but wanted to warn that we didnā€™t feel it was worth staying an additional night at the given price, though we truly wanted to! Had the kayaks/paddle boards been more up to par, it would have swayed our decision. Overall, it was a great experience and would stay again.

Comfortable, pretty, active, and relaxing

This condo was very cute - updated and clean when we arrived. We enjoyed the property - the access right to the pool, as well as the dock on the bay to sit and relax on in the evening. We took advantage of the bikes and were going to take advantage of the kayaks, too, but we decided to do an actual guided kayak tour so we didn't do that. If we hadn't, we would have definitely borrowed the kayaks, too. The stay was lovely. If I had to give one piece of constructive feedback, it would be to check the bikes and maintain them more regularly as we had a bad flat on our very first attempt at going for a ride. It could have been coincidence; I'm not sure. The second ride we were able to get 15 miles in and it made for a very pleasant day. The condo staff was very helpful and informative and were pleasant to work with. Would definitely refer to a friend! Thanks for a great stay!

My Wife and I traveled to Clearwater this past week to enjoy the area and support our Razorbacks for the Outback Bowl in Tampa. We could not have been more pleased and thankful we found such a wonderful place that provided everything we could ask for and more! The location is superb, the rooms are very nice with everything you can possibly need for a long extended stay or a short getaway, the pool is heated, the beds are very comfortable, etc. This place went the extra mile to make sure their customers were taken care of and have what they need! We will most definitely be back. Thank you Five Palms, you get 5 Stars from the Camdenā€™s!

Great Stay!

It was a wonderful stay! Close to everything so we could just drive over to the pier or by Frenchyā€™s and park and spend the day at the beach or going to shops! Everyone was really nice. It was clean and looked exactly like the pictures! Perfect for my husband and I! I liked the area. Pretty easy to navigate for the most part. We hope to stay again someday!

Outstanding very clean

Everyone was so nice. We were able to leave our bags and āœ” in early. Trolley stops right out front. Nice pool and quiet. Sitting on the dock was wonderful!
