CWB Retreats at Baymont Lofts - Loft B

Summary:

Your amazing stay near Mandalay will put you steps away from fun and play! The Lofts on Baymont Street are in the very heart of Clearwater Beach one block from the main thoroughfare and the Sand Pearl entrance to the beach. Walk down the stairs from your stylish loft and you are welcomed by a neighborhood of exciting hot spots, delicious food and soothing convenience! The Lofts on Baymont, a destination location in Clearwater Beach, welcomes you!



The Space:

Although the security camera is installed at the front door overlooking the walkway, it is not operational, so there is no active surveillance coverage.



Check in is 3:00pm and check out is 10:00am



-There is one king bedroom and also a king bed in the front room as well as a new, full kitchen to enjoy!



-Lofts are located above a coffee house/bakery and a new Thai restaurant.



-Rooms are sufficiently supplied with kitchen small appliances and utensils, plates and cups, drip coffee maker, dish towel, shower essentials, broom and mop



-Assigned parking spaces are located on the end of the building, on East Shore Dr. at the intersection of Baymont Street. Metal placards are posted noting the Space number which matches the unit number



-Towels and bed linens are provided. The housekeeping policy is to replace these items only between guest departure and arrival



-Laundry room is located at the far end of the building near Loft A and is free for guests to use.



-Beach chairs, cabanas, and sun umbrellas are available to rent at the beach. Occupy any that are not in use. Someone representing the rental service will stop by

to collect the fee. Beach Supply Rental company drops off and picks up.



- Enjoy access to the newly completed heated pool located bayside at 617 Bay Esplanade, just a short walk away.



The room is set up like this…Just past entrance of Loft B is a king bed and chair to the left, a dresser and TV to the right, and a kitchenette with microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, supplies, and a small dining and sitting area. Straight past this area is the full bath and to the right of that is another bedroom with king bed, dresser, TV, and closet.



Guest Access:

You are welcome to use the free laundry at the end of the balcony on the beach side. The parking place is on the bay end of the building, East Shore Drive. You should have a parking pass in your unit when you arrive. If not, message me.



The Neighborhood:

The lofts are centrally located, so are just a few steps away from everything in Clearwater beach



Getting Around:

Walking is the best way to get around. The Jolley Trolley is available. Contact their website for dates and schedule.



Other Things to Note:

Your free parking space is on East Shore Dr at the intersection of Baymont St. Spaces are marked A through E, corresponding to Loft spaces.
