The Space:
Del Boca Vista is comprised of 4 uniquely designed bungalows all newly remodeled with high end finishes. Each bungalow sleeps up to 4 adults with a queen sized bed in the master bedroom and an air mattress. All units are equipped with a fully functional kitchen and state of the art appliances. Every bungalow comes with a lushly secluded outdoor patio. Play a game of Bocce Ball on our beautifully landscaped outdoor grounds or grill up at the BBQ.

Guest Access:
24 Hour Self check in: Prior to arrival, all guests will be provided a unique combination code to the lock box located on site. We ask all guests to please make sure to lock the door prior to departure and return the key to the lockbox.

The Neighborhood:
North Park is a burgeoning neighborhood located in the heart of San Diego. Many things to do are only a 5 minute walk from Del Boca Vista, and some of San Diego's most exciting restaurants, bars, breweries, and coffee shops are only a block away. Listen to live music at The Observatory. Eat at some of the best restaurants in San Diego, like Ritual Kitchen. With neighboring Balboa Park's beauty, hiking trails, historic buildings and architecture, world renown museums, natural exhibits and the San Diego Zoo, there's so much to do - and under 20 minutes from Sunset Cliffs and some of San Diego's most beautiful beaches!

Other Things to Note:
Move in ready with optimum flexibility: all utilities included - including internet, full kitchen with appliances and all cooking wares. All with flexible rental length terms long or short term to suit your specific need.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we DO NOT provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, or laundry detergent.

Please note, only street parking is available and can be challenging at times given our close proximity to the main street of North Park's amazing restaurants, bars, breweries, coffee shops, etc. If you have your own car, be sure to check the street parking signs for street sweeping days (so you don't get a ticket!) We have a flat screen TV equipped with a Chromecast for streaming from your Netflix account or other services. Cable is not provided.
