Quiet middle class neighborhood in midst of Cheyenne. Neighbors routinely walk each day as sunshine and blue sky dominate our seasons.
Our first guest was a traveling nurse and whose significant other was studying to take her medical boards. Both were ideal guests. If you are a traveling nurse or traveling medical professional, we appreciate your service and hope you will consider our Immaculate Cozy Home. We would consider a one week stay with the opportunity for a longer stay. Let us know your thoughts.
Fresh, clean, comfort and charm is what we look forward to when we travel and thus this was our focus as we prepared our Airbnb "Cozy Home Sleeps 1-4."
As you enter, you are greeted by comfy furniture and a sense of "home." You'll experience lovely wainscoting and hardwood floors throughout this home with a light, bright, warm and cozy feel throughout. (see photos)
You'll find an inviting dining room with wainscoting a china cabinet full of lovely china for your use, if desired. You will enjoy the all new bright and fully equipped kitchen to prep your meals. The large new porcelain farm sink adds to the charm and working pleasure in this kitchen. We even retrofitted custom built sliding drawers into the coffee bar buffet to ensure easy access to supplies.
The office is set-up for work, and comfort, while working. One of our first guests studied for her medical boards here. (see photos)
Each of our bedrooms enjoys a comfortable mattress, a lovely dresser, plenty of closet space, and a chair.

This property is unique. It is a mid-century modern that has been completely renovated. The want-for-nothing kitchen has the charm and detail of French-country with all new cabinetry, granite countertops, a coffee bar with a Keurig, and new appliances—including a new gas stove. Quality thru and thru. The dining room is connected to the kitchen and has comfortable dining and surprising features including new wainscotting and a full set of china in a beautiful china hutch for special occasions. The living room is lovely, keeping with the mid-century modern style, with wood floors and quality furnishings, and there are two bedrooms on the main level along with an office and lovely bathroom. You will likely enjoy the high speed WIFI and two 43” T.V.s, with one for viewing in the living room (and the other for viewing in the lower level).
No part of the house went untouched in the renovation. Walking down to the basement you will see light, bright tile throughout, a new full-sized washer and dryer, and then the unexpected: a large bedroom with a sleigh bed, sitting room with 43” TV, and large walk-in closet. Off the bedroom is a dressing room and a spa-like bathroom with beautiful white marble finishes.
The home comes with a one-car garage, a large front yard with a large front porch for passing summer evenings, and a private back yard and garden space. You may enjoy taking walks in this quiet, established neighborhood near downtown Cheyenne, not far from the Dairy Queen for you ice cream lovers.
