It is with pleasure that we welcome you to our large family home, our main residence that we rent during our absences (holidays), where relaxation and swimming pleasure await young and old.

Whether you are into swimming pools, spas, saunas, kitchens, internet, TV, or even piano, or whether you are 100% idle, you will always find an activity that suits you, whatever the weather!

Nature lovers, fans of walks in the forest, hikes around the lakes, take advantage of your stay with us to discover our region ideally located in Burgundy and at the gateway to the Morvan Protected Natural Park.

Built in 1606, our raised farmhouse style house has been extended and renovated, mixing old materials and modern equipment, in order to combine the charm of yesteryear and the comfort of modern equipment.

During our absence, about 250m² of the total surface of the house are at your disposal. From the shaded terrace 20mx3.5m, you will have a bird's-eye view of the 2220m² wooded park and its swimming pool (10m X 4m).

Linen provided: bed, kitchen, toilet, bed and beds made on arrival, hairdryer provided.

2 Travel cots (without baby sheets), 1 booster seat, 2 high chairs, 1 toilet adapter, 1 changing table, for 2 babies under 2 years old.

The exterior of the house:

- Fully enclosed park.
- Parking for 2/3 cars.
- Heated swimming pool from May 1st to October 10th (depending on the season), solarium equipped with sun loungers and play accessories (chips, ball, belts, armbands).
- Outdoor shower.
- Ping Pong table.
- Badminton game.


House equipped with home automation: electric shutters on the first floor, electric gate, Internet and WIFI...


On the first floor:

- Equipped kitchen (American fridge) with a central island, Induction hob, Oven, Microwave, Senséo coffee machine, Kettle, Actyfree, Cookéo, KitchenAid food processor, Dishwasher, Toaster, complete crockery...
- Living room with large screen TV, orange TV and Netflix. Sofa and 2 electric armchairs.
- SAM with extendable table.
- Master suite with bedroom and 180cms bed, with dressing room, separate toilet, independent bathroom and direct access to the Spa.
- Spa (3 seats + 2 lying down depending on the size of the people), from the terrace.
- From the first floor, on the garden side, you benefit from the flowered covered terrace with a dining area (plancha and grill) and its small cocooning rattan lounge area with its fountain and the staircase to go down into the park.
- From the street you enter through a wide entrance where you will find a separate toilet.

On the AIR-CONDITIONED floor:

- 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed and a TV.
- 1 bedroom with 160 cms bed and a TV (or modular 2*80cms).
- 1 bedroom with 160 cms bed under the eaves with solar velux. TV. (half a floor higher).
- Wellness room with sauna, massage table, Wellbox (massage and anti-cellulite device).
- Relaxation room with lounge area and TV, grand piano, Russian billiards, table, board games.
- Independent bathroom, double sinks, walk-in shower, washing machine, dryer.
- Separate toilet.
