Curbing appetites will be a breeze as well with the fully equipped kitchen complete with gorgeous countertops, modern appliances, and breakfast bar seating for reminiscing about the day while cooking. Not to mention, the dining table will be ideal for card games and dinners, while the living area will be the hub for movie nights and kicking back in front of the fireplace with a cup of hot cocoa.

Perched within walking distance of the lifts, you won't have any trouble spending sunup to sundown on the slopes. Come summer, hiking and biking in the area will also provide plenty of ways to have fun in the great outdoors. Take a break from the mountain and you will find that the village area offers a wide variety of familiar shopping options and local restaurants that will hit the spot after a full day of adventure. If you feel like venturing out a bit more, downtown Truckee is just seven miles north and the blue water of Lake Tahoe is eight miles in the opposite direction.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
