Five minutes walking distance to the subway station. A newly renovated victorian home which is located in a very diverse neighborhood where you can Walk to cafes, restaurants and parks. Neighborhood is bike friendly and close to public transportation (subway). The apartment is a duplex unit, there is a full bathroom, kitchen and two bedrooms in each level.
The lower level has a second and convenient access/ exit.
The entire condo has 4 bedrooms and can host 8 adults comfortably.

Great location and neighborhood. A short Uber ride to Fenway, shopping, and historic Boston. Spacious and clean older Victorian. Host was great! Would definitely stay here next year for our annual trip to Fenway!

The house is super cute and the rooms are perfect. It is located nicely to a bunch of places to walk to for food or coffee. The host was polite and very helpful if needed anything. Would stay here again.

This was a lovely, spacious house in a nice part of town with close access to transportation. Had some lovely hilly walks around the neighborhood. Francisco was very responsive and even though there was a water issue above us - he mitigated it quickly which did not impede our visit at all.

Amazing find in JP!

I live in the neighborhood and booked this for my family. Location and access to the subway is great. Rooms were spacious and clean, bathrooms were great and my dad loved the outdoor area. Everything exceeded our expectations and communication was fast. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyable stay

The stay was wonderful. The on-street parking wasn't as bad as expected, as we always found a spot nearby. The property itself was great! The owner was very hospitable. All the modern amenities in an older home (to be expected in Boston).

Great location close to the city. We used Uber and Instacart and both were fast and efficient. Good communication with host and super clean. Only down side is other than the kitchen there is no common area for everyone to sit.

What a great place and location

We had the best trip to Boston! The place was amazing, cozy, inviting, offered snacks and was close to the T and a lot of parks. I highly recommend staying here. Francisco was very responsive and had all the information available before I would even need to ask!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this location while visiting my son for Boston College family weekend. House is clean and well appointed, just as pictured. Host pays special attention to detail and is very responsive. The only negative is that there is no living room, which would have been great for hanging out, but we made the best of it! Would stay at this location again when in Boston.

Overall the property was exactly as advertised and had a fun, quirky layout. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and the bathrooms were nice. The on street parking was not a problem as we got a spot right in front of the house. Communication with the owner was prompt and he responded to a slight issue we had at check in almost immediately and then checked in with us the next day to ensure our stay was going well which was a nice touch. The house is a quick walk to the subway and it was so convenient not having to drive into the city. Highly recommend this home if you just need somewhere convenient to sleep as you explore Boston. The restaurant by the subway was also excellent and a quick walk.

Nice little place close to public transportation

This was a nice little place close to the Green Street T stop on the Orange Line. We found parking right out front for one car. The other car had to look around a little for a spot. There's a very eclectic mix of restaurants in the area (everything from Dominican to Scottish!).

Great Place for Exploring Boston

We really enjoyed our stay. All the bedrooms were comfortable and large. Kitchen had everything we needed. Check In/out was easy and Francisco was very accommodating! There is no living room, the only place to gather is the kitchen table. But we were exploring the City so we didn't need it. We loved the short walk to the T station and only a 10-15 minute ride to downtown.

Charming, cozy and convenient!

Our girls weekend visiting Boston was perfect! The apartment is very clean, spacious, charming and the kitchen had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The location is safe, close to the T, and it has many convenient little shops around.. coffee, quick bites, groceries, etc.. Also, plenty of parking on the street... Francisco, the host, is very accommodating and very responsive. Overall a 10+!! Thank you Francisco!!!!

Wonderful place

This house was in a nice neighborhood with close access to public transportation and the city. Communication with the host was easy and he was very responsive. If I’m going to nitpick at all, the only thing that could even marginally enhance the stay would be to have a common area with a TV. There were TV’s in every room but the only common area was the kitchen. But regardless, our stay was great.

Francisco's Victorian Home in Boston area

The property was accurately described. Francisco is the ultimate host. Responds to messages ASAP. Home is loaded with ammenities. Home location is cental to most of our exploration of the New England area.It is the personal touches put in by Francisco that contributed to such a pleasant experience.We wanted to go to the beach and Francisco even brought us beach chairs right away.Only "down" side to this property is street parking .... BUT we were able to find spots a few houses down the road. Will definitely return and highly recommend staying in this property.

A convenient and comfortable stay!

The host is very easy to communicate with. There were some nice treats and everything you might need for a long stay. The only thing we were bummed about is that the driveway in the picture is not for visitor use. It belongs with the upstairs unit. The street parking was really easy except for Monday night because the nearby streets are cleaned on Tuesdays. Overall an incredible stay and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Boston.
