Great Stay

We enjoyed having two pools to choose from. The shuttle was great to take for a sunset. Workout room had what we needed. The grounds were clean and well maintained. We would stay here again.

Our Beautiful Trip To Bonita

Our condo was perfect, very nicely decorated, spotless, the grounds and pools were so well kept and inviting. We were only about five minute drive to beach if we wanted to get away, the restaurants in the area were outstanding. Shopping close to our condo so if we wanted to cook in the kitchen and hang out at the condo it was perfect. We will be back!

Mother Daughter Trip

Condo was amazing. It was in a safe area and close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. You park in a garage area with private access and took the trash to a trash shoot by the elevators on the floor we stayed on so we didnā€™t have to go out to dark parking lots at all. We felt very safe there and would definitely stay again. Pat was wonderful and had everything ready for our arrival and was available anytime we had questions.

Comfortable and convenient location

The property was well maintained. The pools and surrounding grounds were maintained and manicured. A few small issues were resolved quickly. Pat showed concern for our needs and was always available. We were slightly disappointed about the resort pool being closed for repairs the day after we checked in but the smaller quiet pool remained open.

Wonderful condo

Comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. This condo had nice finishes. The solid doors, woodwork, kitchen finishes, etc. were well done. The sheets and bedding were excellent. The TVs were large and new. We enjoyed the spiral staircase to exit and enter the pool area. The condo had basics like soap, paper towels, dish soap, etc. This was a nice touch. We will rent again.

Very clean unit, beautifully decorated.

This unit was incredibly clean. Everything shined all fresh scents. Check-in was smooth. Keys and acxess was explained and very simple. The unit was beautifully decorated. Everything has been updated. It was like a new condo. The facility wasn't crowed at all. A very relaxing vacation. I highly recommend staying here with a family. Plenty to do without the chaos of the mega resorts. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Beautiful Condo

This is a great condo with perfect location. Property is kept well. Condo had everything we needed. Washer and dryer need to be replaced. Washer very loud and dryer stops running about every 10 minutes. Garage opener did not work. We did relay our concerns to management. Otherwise...great stay!

Condo needs updating

Please note we were in 3508 not the original booking. Although the condo was clean it was outdated. The kitchen was sparsely appointed. Not enough cutlery, dishes, wine glasses (there was only 2 small ones), no tea towels just dish cloths. Sheets in single bed room were older and had a stain on it. All bedding was outdated. Kitchen cupboards had a covering that was lifting and peeling away. The outside property was great including the pools. We would consider renting from Bonita village however not this unit.

Barefoot Beach Preserve was awesome

Property was very nice & clean. Pools were beautiful. Very relaxing & quiet. Spent most days at the beautiful Barefoot Beach located near this property.

Nice time in a beautiful place

Getting the keys to the condo was somewhat of a problem because they were not left in the garage as expected. We needed to call the agent and wait until she got to the condo. Not a huge deal but nerve wracking. Condo was beautiful but very shy of being well stocked for cooking. Coffee pot leaked but was replaced right away which was appreciated. Overall, a nice stay!
