Naples Park Shore Resort "your home away from home". The warmest of welcomes awaits your arrival at our tropical hideaway in Naples Florida, complete with serene waterways and lavish greenery that will make you feel miles away. Park Shore Resort Naples features stylish accommodations and residential-style amenities, including a heated swimming pool, tennis, racquetball and pickleball courts, a fitness center, lakefront walking paths and on-property dining at Hogfish Harry's Restaurant & Bar.
The newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is a corner penthouse boasting views of Palm Trees, PSR water features and views of the Gulf Shore Drive skyline including the sunset skyline. The condo boast an open floor plan living room, dining, kitchen combination opened to the spacious screened in balcony. This unique condo complex is within walking distance to Seagate beach and just 1 mile to Clam Pass Beach. Clam Pass Beach offers free golf cart rides over a mile of boardwalk through mangrove trees. Clam Pass Beach offers their guests the public side which includes use of a restaurant and facilities or enjoy the amenities offered by the Grand Hyatt Hotel including chairs, umbrella, drink and food service for a fee. The Venetian Villages for shopping and dining are "just a stretch of the legs" and Naples 5th, 3rd Avenue, Mercato Outdoor Venue are all just a 5 min car ride from the condo or jump on the trolly to downtown.

Park Shores Resort 458 can be your home away from home. Escape the cold weather visit the sunshine state and come take a deep breath of the salt water air.

For an added measure of security the HOA is requiring a security "destination" key fob, good for the reservation and a 1 time fee of $115 which is good for 1 year for access to the PSR amenities . This key fob will allow you entrance into the pool area, tennis courts, gym, pickleball courts, etc. and is good for an entire year any time you return****

We stayed 5 nights and had a wonderful vacation. We had good communication with our host, and our apartment was well equipped, comfortable and beautifully appointed. The lanai or porch was a delightful place to relax. We enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, the dining area and we all slept well in the roomy bedrooms. Park Shore resort has one restaurant Hogfish Harrys very close and a number of other good restaurants nearby. It was close to Naples and Marco Island and we were able to enjoy exploring the Everglades. Thanks for a nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Super location, close to everything. Awesome property amenities with a terrific restaurant and welcoming pool area. Property was exactly what was in the VRBO listing. Looked like a very recent renovation and very clean. Nice screened in porch. Received a welcome from the unit owner who was also very accessible all during our stay. Highly recommend the property.

We had a wonderful stay at Park Shore! The property was clean, updated and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The balcony was a wonderful area to sit and enjoy a cocktail in the evening and our coffee in the morning. There were beach chairs, a beach bag and umbrella as well as a hairdryer, ironing board and iron. Park Shore is close to restaurants and shopping although we did have a car. The pool is large and very nice with ample chairs. We also enjoyed the restaurant, Hogfish Harry's - food was great! Terrie was very easy to reach when we had a slight problem at check-in and she remedied the situation very quickly. We would definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again if we return to Naples!

Winter getaway.

The park shore resort property was beautiful. The unit had everything we needed for the week. I loved the pool and getting to the beach in 5-10 min. Also, Hogfish Harry’s had very good food.

Everything was wonderful. The condo is beautiful and nicely appointed. The only problem was check in where we did not get the code for 1 hour while we tried to reach someone. It was resolved and our stay was fantastic.

Great location. Unit well equipped. Pool area very nice. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Only negative was very poor to sometimes nonexistent wifi.

Your correct with "Great Location" PSR unit 458 is in an amazing location in Naples with a restaurant on site, .5 mile to Seagate Beach, Clam Pass 1 mile. Thank you for the comment of "well equipped" I truly consider my guests every need, from the linens to the well equipped kitchen. Thank you for the feedback on the wifi, the entire complex is having an upgrade that will be finished in January 2025. Also all construction is finished at PSR

Very clean condo. Comfortable beds. Great location for walking to restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this property. Also, must give a shout out to Hogfish Harry’s, the onsite restaurant.

Lisa, thank you for your wonderful review of my property Park shores resort 458. My guests and my property are extremely important to me and as such my property has been completely renovated with high end appliances, fixtures quartz counters, and a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Cleanliness is most important. However when looking for a property it’s all about location! My property is unique as it offers a condo/ hotel amenities including an on site restaurant. The location is a half mile from the beach and 1 mile to Clam Pass beach with all the amenities of the Naples Grand Hotel who offers chair and umbrella rental. It is a 1/2 mile to the venetian villages and hop skip and 8 minutes ride or jump on the trolly to down town Naples and mercado. Thank you for being a wonderful guest who cared for my property as your on. After establishing a good rapport you have earned a discount on your next reservation. Happy Travels

A very pleasant stay

Third time we stayed at the Park Shore Resort to visit elderly parents, and this unit was much nicer than the previous ones. Very nicely remodeled, comfortable beds, nice showers, high quality faucets and appliances. Super clean. Very convenient location, walking distance to Publix & FreshMarket and a couple of coffee shops. We'll be back to this property the next time we come to Naples....

Great Condo

Terrie is a wonderful host. The condo was so nicely decorated, extremely clean, with very modern features. Terrie has an extraordinary attention to detail and nothing was overlooked. Great location, delicious on-site restaurant, and near all the focal points of Naples. We had a great time and would definitely book with this host again!

My property location is just perfectly situated in Naples with a 1/2 mile to the beach, shops and restaurants. The property is unique in that there is an excellent bar and restaurant on premises. Property was very nice. Wonderful location. Only hiccup was the chair on the patio fell through when my friend sat down! Scratched up her back elbow n leg! There was a starter packet of toilet paper, but no coffee. So if ya want coffee first day, make sure you get it before arrival! Overall we loved our stay though! Would recommend!

Paula, thank you for the wonderful review of my property. “Property was very nice”. My property is extremely important to me and as such, it has been completely renovated with high end appliances. It offers a monochromic color scheme with whites, creams, and splashes of green. I appreciate the “wonderful location” review. Location, location, location. Park Shores Resort is located in Naples, with a restaurant on site Hog Fish Harry’s and is 1/2 mile to the Gulf, near Venetian villages, 8 mins to 5th ave. The property is equipped to throw a dinner party, all you have to do is bring your groceries. PSR recently has a new management company who is no longer providing coffee in the lobby, Thank you for the recommendation, hope you will come back soon I was not aware of the chair until after check out and following 2 messages to find out what happened to the chair. After 2 weeks I was told about what happened. I did offer an apology and the chair was discarded. I was ensured that the guests friend was fine.

Nice property...great location!

The property was nice, but due to construction I had no view at all. Plenty of towels (nice ones). The description states it has beach chairs, there were none and for the price it think there should have been. The master bedroom needs a new mattress. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Jan, thank you for your review. Location, Location, Location it really is a "great location" being 1/2 mile to the Gulf of Mexico, shops and restaurants, 8 minutes to Down Town Naples and 10 min to Marcato . The property is unique in that there is a excellent restaurant on site Hog Fish Harry's. The property has a several waterfalls and small lake surrounding an island with the pool and restaurants. There are pickle courts and a full gym as well. Thank you for your comment concerning the towels, (nice ones) I take much care with the linens and towels and love to offer my guest good quality. Your stay was during a property renovation of the balcony and when reserving the property there was communication that you would not have a view hence the construction discount your were able to obtain. The construction is completed and you will have full access to the balcony and the beautiful view on your next visit. The next focus is a completely renovated or brand new space with high end appliances and decor that includes monochromatic color pallet.
