The house is located in a quiet, west Wichita neighborhood. With older houses, many of the residents of the neighborhood have lived here for decades. There are many parks and recreational spots close by.

The guests have access to the entire house and yard. There is a garage and shed on the unit that are used for storage. Guests do not have access to these.

Mid Century Charmer is a completely remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bath home on a large lot. With it's bright colors and mid-century modern decor, this place offers an fun and bright feel.

The front door opens in the living room which opens into the kitchen and dining area. The living room has seating and a 55" Smart TV equipped with Netflix and Sling. The bar connects the living room and kitchen and seats up to 4 people. The dining room has a mid century table with seating for 6. The kitchen is equipped with a brand new electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Cooking basics, dinnerware, silverware, cups and small appliances (blender, toaster, crock pot) are also provided. Enjoy a cup of coffee with a Keurig coffeemaker stocked with several different varieties of coffees, tea and other specialty drinks.

The bedrooms are located down the hall to the left. The master bedroom has a large king size memory foam bed with a comfy, colorful comforter, not to mention a 40" smart TV. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen size memory foam bed, and the third bedroom has a short bunk twin bunk bed and large desk. The main level bathroom has a newly remodeled bathroom with tub/shower combo and rain fall shower head.

Need more space? The full size basement has a large and colorful living space. As you come down the stairs, you'll find a game table and shelving with a few fun games for the family to enjoy. The family room has a large 65" Samsung Smart TV and extra seating. The newly remodeled basement bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has a comfy queen size bed, twin size bunk beds, and a 40" Smart TV. The fifth bedroom has a twin size daybed and a desk for more work space. The large laundry/ storage room has a full size washer and dryer and is equipped with laundry detergent, dryer sheets, bleach, an iron and ironing board.

The house is located on a large lot with fully fenced back yard. There is a covered patio with a large patio table for guests to enjoy time outside with the family. Check out the large iron gates that really add to the modern feel of the home!

The house is just several blocks from I-235 which can connect you to any of the areas major highways. It is less than 10 minutes from the Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport, the Segdwick County Zoo, Botanica, the Delano District and Downtown Wichita. Hungry? There are countless restaurants within minutes.

This a great house in a neighborhood that is convenient to a lot of things. It is about 3 houses down from a busy street. While inside the house is quiet, traffic noise can be heard outside at times

We do have a Ring Doorbell System for safety and security purposes. We also have a Ring camera located near the back door.

The base price is based on two people, after two people, each additional person (including Kids 2 and older) is $15.00 extra.
