This gorgeous unit was remodeled in 2020 and professionally designed with the most modern amenities. It features a King bed in the bedroom as well as a pull out cabinet Queen sleeper and Queen couch sleeper, each with memory foam mattresses. You will find all the modern comforts of home: a fully stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, full-sized washer and dryer, cable TV in the bedroom and living room, complimentary WiFi, AC in the bedroom and living area. With two separate full bathrooms, this unit is perfect for couples or families - you will not find a more updated and modern unit.

At Kamaole Sands, you can relax with cocktails or coffee on your beautiful over-sized lanai while enjoying your garden and peek-a-boo ocean views. The dining table, love seat and lounge on the lanai create a perfect morning and evening living space. The lanai closet contains all your beach and activity equipment: tennis rackets, 4 beach chairs, cooler, wagon, beach toys, snorkel gear, and more.

The lush landscaping and open atmosphere of the Kamaole Sands offers plenty of room to relax and enjoy Maui’s unique climate and scenery. The property is set on 15 acres of lush, tropically landscaped real estate and features freshwater ponds and waterfalls. Located in the heart of South Maui, the resort is convenient to all of the best beaches, dining and fun the area has to offer. South Kihei has some of Maui’s best restaurants and quick eats. There are shopping centers and restaurants a short walk away.

Resort amenities include: gym, pool, children’s wading pool, two Jacuzzis, 2 tennis courts, 3 pickle ball courts, 4 BBQ areas, ping pong and foosball, complimentary parking in our private, lit, patrolled lot, 24-hour front desk, across the street from Kamaole III beach and park, free Maui News newspaper available at the pool area, complimentary Maui Tai Party with live music on Wednesdays. The resort fee is included, NO extra fees. Upon check in you will receive a “Welcome” packet with all the property information you will need.

This condo was perfect for 2 people. Super clean, cheery and stylish decor, and all the amenities needed. It has a nice view, overlooking the pool, with a peeping view of the ocean. The host was prompt to respond and able to accommodate our plans which changed slightly for checkin and departure. We really enjoyed our stay here.

FANTASTIC

This condo has been beautifully renovated and amazed at how well stocked especially the kitchen is. We were extremely comfortable during our stay and the only regret is that it was only for 5 nights. There is not one negative thing I can say about this unit. It is the best one we’ve stayed at during our many vacations to Hawaii and we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay

This place was perfect. Clean, spacious, and so very well equipped. We had everything we needed for the stay, including beach towels, chairs, umbrella… even tennis balls and rackets to use the court on the property! It was a perfect home base and we have warm memories for life here.

Incredible stay

Our family of four couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The place is beautiful just as pictured. Very well stocked with everything you could need. We loved the location, lots of fun things to do close by. Right across the street from several great beaches. We would love to stay here again when we return to Maui!!

Great location and Great Property

Everything was very clean, had the amenities we needed for our stay and beach and the location was great for our vacation plans. Owners were available and responded quickly with questions and even when the water heater needed to be fixed they were there the same day to replace with no disruption.

Perfect girls getaway!

Wonderful Stay

This unit is very nice. Updated and well furnished with all the kitchen supplies needed when dining in. The sleeping arrangements are good. We used the murphy bed and the foam mattress is quite comfortable. The corner balcony is very nice as well. Nice setup for hanging out and eating. We landed very early and when I reached out about an early check-in, the host was quick to respond and able to accommodate the request, which was greatly appreciated! This is our 4th time staying at Kamole Sands and was another great experience. It is great location on the island. So many great beaches nearby. I would definitely stay again at this unit.

Perfect location and condo!

We haven’t stayed in South Maui for over 20 years and we can’t wait to come back. The condo had everything we needed from beach chairs to a fully stocked kitchen. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Amazing condo

We have been to Maui 15 times, and this was clearly our favourite condo. It is impeccably decorated, extremely clean and well stocked. The corner location is perfect… lots of sun exposure and very private. Curtis and Connie were gracious and considerate hosts… a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend this condo! Memorable stay

The property was great. One of the better rentals we’ve stayed at in the same facility. Nice features especially the two beds in the living room. My Daughters appreciated not having to share a bed. There was an issue with the fridge but was sorted out quickly and satisfactorily. We found the storage in the master bedroom wasn’t optimal, never really able to unpack fully but that’s the trade off with a king bed in this complex. We really enjoyed our stay, spent tons of time on the lanai.

Lovely condo

The property was exactly as pictured. We were particularly happy with the kitchen! It had EVERYTHING we needed. It was also great having 2 bathrooms. The beach closest to the condo was good for swimming and had great snorkeling. We had a minor misunderstanding when checking in but the owner got in touch with us immediately and fixed everything.

We were very happy with our stay. The condo is highly upgraded and has gone thru a recent renovation. Location is very good too! I highly recommend this unit. This unit was clearly well designed, well thought out, and extremely well equipped down the the last detail. The ac was extremely quiet which was great because the unit we rented last year had extremely loud ac in the bedroom. Also having filtered water, and an icemaker was huge. This is very rare. Thanks for a great stay!

Fabulous, fully equipped, modern stay

Absolutely loved our stay here!!! Right across one of the best beaches we’ve been to in Maui. I can’t say enough about how great the rental was. There was everything we needed from ample beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a parking spot, a washer/dryer. The pool at the property was well kept. We were able to enjoy the tennis courts in the morning without it being crowded. Overall, was a very comfortable and modern feel to our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone!

More Than Expected!

The condo is beautifully remodeled and comfortable. We were so happy with all the helpful amenities offered- well-stocked kitchen, a great assortment of spices and cooking basics. We were thankful for the beach gear (and a short walk to the best beach in Kihei). A highlight was a working ice maker and water dispenser- such a perk in Hawaii. This property is obviously loved by its owner and they care about the experience of guests.

Our family has been vacationing in Kihei for decades, our grown children have spent many hours in the ocean at Kamaole Sands beaches and parks. When the opportunity arose to make Kamaole Sands our home, we took it. Spending a better part of a year to completely renovate and design the condo, we are now ready to share it with you. We designed the condo with our tastes and needs in mind. Our plan is to spend part of our retirement here. You will quickly discover this vacation rental is unlike most, it is not designed to be a rental, it is designed to be our home. You will find incredible detail in every room and space in the unit. If you don’t find everything you need, our on-island contact is just a text away.

The resort's well-manicured 15-acre landscape with soothing water features feel like home to us. The friendly feel, the close proximity to the beaches, resorts, restaurants and shops doesn’t get any better. We both love morning coffee on the lanai as the sun rises. Swimming in the warm Pacific Ocean is relaxing, invigorating and the sunsets are world class. This resort has everything an active person could wish for, families will relish in the possibilities for children, and there are limitless opportunities to relax and do nothing. Kihei has an amazing year round climate that is always warm and rarely rains.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

You'll love the spacious arrangement of the condo. For less than the price of a hotel, you will stretch out into one bedroom, two full bathrooms, kitchen, living area and a large lanai. One of our favorite spaces is the private lanai with a pool view and easy access to the inner court. Having breakfast outside at the dining table is stunning - the birds will be singing, the palm tress swaying and the sun rising over the resort. Lounge on the chaise or the love seat while tanning, reading, napping or simply enjoying an adult libation.

Inside, the colors have been coordinated to create a single, subtle, beach feel. All furniture was specially designed for the space and shipped to Maui. The art is a mix of local artists and suggestive beach scenes. Notice every room has a different ceiling design – purposed to fit the feel and function of each space. Great care was placed in the function and look of the appliances, including the full sized washer/dryer. The bathrooms were designed in a similar way adding to the unity of the condo. Handheld and rain type shower heads with hand rails in each shower are details you will notice and appreciate.

Another benefit is the orientation of the condo where once you open the windows and front door, the trade-winds keep the space cool and comfortable. But of course the air conditioning unit in both the bedroom and living room will cool the space in a matter of minutes. We look forward to sharing our treasured vacation home with you and we hope you enjoy staying here as much as we do.
