We loved the condo and location! Condo was clean and had all the beach amenities. Each morning we enjoyed our coffee on the little foyer looking over the pond! Most days we walked across the street directly across the condo and enjoyed the beach. Every evening we walked to a different restaurant all within walking distance. Host/Owner was top notch- quick to respond and was very helpful. Donā€™t hesitate, this is the perfect condo for any couple!

Fabulous condo

What a great place to stay! It had all the beach gear you could ever need to spend the perfect day at the ocean! We loved using the cooler on wheels and comfy beach chairs! The kitchen was well stocked! The condo was really nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable! We will be back!!

Home away from home!

We had an amazing time at Runaway Bay on AMI. Thank you for making us feel at home in your home. It did not feel like a "VRBO house" at all. The kitchen had everything we could have needed and then some and it was immaculate! The location to the beach and amenities were perfect! We loved your beautiful gem on AMI and will be back! :)

Sandy feet retreat

The condo was clean, decorated so ā€œbeachy ā€œ , the bed was comfortable. The location to the beautiful white, fluffy , sandy beach was right across the street; the sunsets were spectacular. I loved our 2 week stay so much that I did research to see if it was affordable to buy a place there! It wasnā€™t, so I was happy with the cost of our stay in such a cute, comfortable condo. Our little dog enjoyed the stay as well. Lots of restaurants allowed her to join us. We will be back again. The hosts were readily available by text too.

Good Times

The whole stay was wonderful! The cleanest Vacation Rental we have been at. This condo has everything you might need and more. Super comfy bed, you feel like home, the kitchen is very well equipped . It has everything you need for the beach including a lot of beach toys. Patty was awesome, very knowledgeable about the area and always available if I had a question ! I give 10 stars and we will be back next year !

Island Stay

The condo was lovely and clean . There was plenty of space for the 2 of us. Unfortunately my husband and I were ill during our stay so we couldnā€™t sight see or eat out. The fact this condo was home from home and on a lovely property helped us as obviously travelling from the UK and staying on the resort was not our plan. Patty was really lovely to deal with and we will go back.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We loved how close the unit was to the beach, the bay, all of the beach amenities that were provided, and the cleanliness. The hosts were great and communicated well. We appreciated that they checked in on us mid-week to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We spent time at the beach most days; however, we also enjoyed the swimming pool and fitness center on site. The unit definitely provides what is needed and we couldnā€™t have asked for more. Weā€™d certainly stay here again! Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us!

Perfect!

My husband and I stayed 1 week at 108 and loved every minute! The grounds of the complex are well manicured and landscaped beautifully! Excellent communication with Patty and Jeff! Just a short walk across the street to the pristine sands of Anna Maria Island! Well equipped condo other than we couldnā€™t find a pizza cutter! Condo is close to lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Loved the walk in shower and made use of the treadmill every night in the small fitness center. I highly recommend this condo!

My husband and I are older and travel to Anna Maria regularly. We decided to stay longer this time and searched for a condo. The condo 108 at Runaway Bay was absolutely awesome. We enjoyed our stay and I could not ask for more. Will definitely return.The owner is very kind and helpful.

We have rented six different condos on this property in the past and this condo has been our best experience. Very clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable bed and Condo is equipped with everything you could need. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely condo in a perfect location

Beautifully furnished condo with everything you need. Spotlessly clean and nice linens. Very comfortable bed. Hosts are very easy to communicate with and allowed us an earlier check in and later check out. Runaway Bay is a perfect location we have stayed here many times. Beach access visible from condo just across the road. Would highly recommend.
