The backyard is newly fenced in with a wooden privacy fence, perfect for your furry friend who is welcome to stay with a minimal pet fee of $59 for 1-2 pets or $118 for 3-4 pets, good for 7 nights, to be charged upon reservation to cover the extra cleaning.

A recurring fee is required every 7 nights. Please note that this does not compensate for any possible damages to property.

My Onstar GPS took me to the wrong address. I got there after dark and could not see the house number and the driveway was covered with leaves. I couldn’t tell which house the driveway belonged to. It all was a mess from the start. However, the host calmed me down, sent pictures and reassured me I was safe. Next time I will get there before it gets dark outside. Once I got my bearings, the stay was quite lovely.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house is nicely furnished and very comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The management company is prompt to reply to any questions or concerns.

Cutest house and amenities

The house is so well renovated and all the little touches such as snacks, a bottle of wine, and an “oops I forgot” basket made us feel right at home. Super close to downtown. We loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. Newly renovated. Quiet, easy accesses to downtown Greenville. Walking distance to The Foundry at Judson Mill and the Magnetic South Brewery in Greenville.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Property was well-appointed and accurate to the photos on the profile. Electric fireplace was a plus! Fairly near to places of interest around Greenville; immediate area is not well lit so try to arrive before night for ease of locating property. Understanding that the property is pet-friendly (which my dogs enjoyed), my allergies were flared while in the house.

Some of the area appeared to be a little rough but had absolutely no problems and everyone we were in contact with was so nice! Very pleased! Quick trip to downtown which is what we needed!!

Many Extra Touches

We were passing through and stayed for a night. The home was easy to locate and conveniently near gas and food. This home is completely updated and furnished with very comfortable furniture/beds. There were many "extras" throughout and our stay was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and just what we needed for a good nights rest.

Quick trip

The property is very nice and clean with a fenced in yard for your pup. The welcome basket was a nice touch. The neighborhood is in transition, but we had no issues or concerns and our interactions with neighbors were very nice

Clean and updated rental with nice amenities. Short drive to downtown Greenville. Property managers were quick to respond and very helpful. Liked having a fenced in yard since the only drawback was that we did not feel comfortable walking our dog in the neighborhood.

Temp location while moving

This property was listed well and was perfect for a couple days while transitioning from one home to another. We needed a safe place so that our dog could be secure outside in a fenced yard. Home was lovely! Thanks for the snacks on the kitchen island!! The washer and dryer came in very handy. Communication with host was effortless. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful property

The pictures are completely accurate and nicely illustrate how attractive the interior of this property is. The fenced yard was appropriate for dogs of all sizes. The house was equipped with snacks and beverages, which was a really nice gesture and we appreciated. I was not totally comfortable with the neighborhood, but the alarm system gave me a good sense of security.

Really enjoyed our stay!

Stayed at this cute little place bedroom gem just for an enjoyable family weekend. The inside was very clean and decorated nicely. We really enjoyed the snacks & wine that were complementary on our arrival. There was also a “in case you forgot bin” that had tooth brush, toothpaste, chargers, etc (what a great idea!). This place had a fenced in backyard which was great for our dog we brought with us. I know a few mentioned transitional neighborhood, and that’s true, but never felt unsafe while there and used the alarm system. This place was super convenient (1.7 miles) to downtown Greenville. Would definitely stay here again especially if we bring our dog!

We believe Susan did not like the fact out of the safety of our previous guest we do not Share The access information prior to 2:00 PM. As she requested the information the morning of check-in. A heads up to future host seems like she will be a very hard person to please.

Will charge you for false charges

Lovely well equipped home. The neighborhood not the best but we had zero issues. Friendly neighbors and everyone waved. So close to downtown and other areas of Greenville and Travelers Rest. The beds were very comfortable. My husband loved the rain shower in master bath. Lots of snacks and drinks there for us which we were grateful for after a long drive. Basket of items such as cords and bathroom items in case you forgot yours. My teenage son forgot his toothbrush so that was helpful. We left some items to help others. Owners very responsive with a minor issue and it was fixed within minutes. We had a great vacation thanks to the location of the house and the house being so comfortable.

Money for Nothing

Lack of communication from this property manager led to us being charged for lodging that we never actually got to use. We booked for 5 nights and were told through a confirmation email that we would receive check-in information by 2:00 pm on the day of check-in. That information never arrived. We arrived for check-in at 3:00 pm and messaged the property manager for check-in info. No response. We waited for over an hour and decided to move on to find other lodging because we were traveling with small kids and needed a place to feed our children and put them to bed. We immediately contacted VRBO about a refund once we decided to leave. Only after the VRBO representative tried to contact the property manager did they send check-in information, at 4:30 pm - 2.5 hours after were we’re supposed to actually receive that information, and an hour and a half after actual check-in time. Even after this experience, there has been virtually no communication from them. What a waste of money. We literally paid for NOTHING and really awful customer service.

Great Stay!

Love this house! I stayed here for one month and the home had everything I needed for this length of time. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. As others have said, the neighborhood is in transition, but I never felt unsafe inside the home (spent most of the month in the home with just myself and my two dogs). The immediate neighbors were also all very nice. The hosts are incredible! Very kind and fast to respond with anything that I needed. Will definitely stay here again!
