Enjoy our beach townhome! End unit with lots of sunshine and a beach-theme decor. Full kitchen with dining area for 8, full washer/dryer, slider opens out to peaceful, private just-renovated full deck with umbrella-shaded table and chairs. Two bedrooms upstairs, one with queen bed and the other with 2 full-size beds, each with their own full bath. High-speed internet, cable, large flat screen TV with DVD player downstairs. Parking is right outside. Complimentary beach chairs and boogie boards for the 300-step walk to Myrtle beach. Walk to mini-golf, grocery store, restaurants, ice cream and quaint beach shops. Just a quick drive to Market Commons buzzing restaurant district. Myrtle Beach Airport is a short distance away. Myrtle Beach Pelicans minor-league baseball is less than 5 miles away, Market Commons is a 3 mile drive, Myrtle Beach Convention Center is 4 miles away. Charleston SC is a beautiful 2 hour drive on back roads. This is the perfect place for your family vacation, golf-getaway or a relaxing retreat!

Great Stay

The host of this property is truly gracious, kind & helpful. We had an issue with our airline and getting into the property in time and the property owner Andrea was extremely wonderful. Our stay was great and we we’re close to everything including the beach may be a two or three minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous!

Out host Andrea was easy to contact and connected with us without delay. The home was clean, comfortable, and my family and I felt safe there. Close enough to the beach without being around the noise of the main strip. We had a fantastic stay!

Great place! Great price! Close to everything!

This house was just a short walk to the beach. We had everything needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation at the beach. The host was easy to communicate with as well!

Great Beach Location

The best place stay, close to the beach. The townhouse is very clean, comfortable, has everything you need to have a nice relaxing stay at the beach. The townhouse is in a nice location, close to the beach, putt-putt golf course and restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance. We look forward to future stays.

Summertime in Myrtle Beach 2024

Andrea's house is so nice, clean and close to the beach. House had everything we need and Andrea was super nice and easy to reach when we had questions before and during our trip. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend her house. Thanks again Andrea for hosting us.

Firebird Townhouse Myrtle Beach

Beautiful townhouse! It was clean and tastefully decorated. Had everything we needed. It’s a short walk to the beach and overall a great location. Close to restaurants and putt-putt golf course. Highly recommend.

Great location and condo!

The condo was exactly as described! The place was very clean and comfortable accommodations. The location is just perfect. The beach is a very short walk away and being on the south side of Myrtle Beach helped us avoid some of the major traffic. Andrea was very responsive and able to help answer any questions we had! Can't wait to come back!

Cozy condo steps from the beach

Very clean and comfortable 2br condo a block and a half from the beach. Fully stocked with appliances, kitchen items and linens, beach chairs and umbrella and everything you'll need for your stay. Close walking distance to a Walmart neighborhood market grocery store is also very nice if you plan to have meals "at home". A very short ride from the airport and to all major attractions. Add to that a fair price and an extremely responsive host and you will be hard pressed to find fault with this lovely MB accommodation.

Great location!

You will not be disappointed with the location and the unit. 2 1/2 bathrooms, 2 large bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer in the unit. Only a block to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, miniature golf, all so close. Very quiet end unit and great value for the money. So much better than the family staying in a hotel room, even a room with a kitchenette. This is so much better!

Nice and clean property.

Place was very clean, towels available for guests, close to the beach, and has umbrellas and other beach gear. Andrea was very responsive. Low on supplies such as hand soap, dishwashing soap, detergent. We had to purchase those, other than that it was great.

Amazing

I had an amazing time staying at this townhouse near the beach! The kitchen was a lifesaver, allowing me to cook my own meals and save some money. The washer and dryer were super convenient, especially after a day at the beach. The townhouse was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach. The owner was also very friendly and responsive, making the whole experience even better. I would highly recommend this townhouse to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway! 🌊🌴🏖️

First outing since Covid!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Andreas beautiful house! She has all the amenities you could need for your home away from home. As a family with 6 kids we have outgrown hotels! This was our first stay here and will be our go to any time coming to myrtle beach from this point on! The beds were comfy, the washing machine was a huge benefit since we let our kids pack for themselves this trip😳! Everything was within walking distance, and the neighbors were all so friendly. Extra bonus was the at there’s a great little grassy area for the kids to play just off the front! This was the icing on the cake after being at home for the past year of social distancing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a more accommodating host!

It was ok

The rental was outdated. The carpet was coming up in certain spots and the staples were exposed and easy to step on. It is 1.5 streets done from the beach not right on the beach so you will need a wagon to carry your stuff to the beach. It was very nice having some beach supplies and beach chairs that you could use. For what you got, it was a little pricey.

Nice cozy spot but a little smelly

We’ve stayed on Firebird for several years when we come to bike week and have always had a blast. This year was a little different. Although the house was nice and cozy, it wasn’t as clean as we’d hoped it would be. The living room smelled of urine. Light fixtures were missing. Fans were unkept. Bathrooms had hair on the floor and dust in the showers. Overall: I think the hiring of a better cleaning crew and a little fixing up the house would totally meet all needs.

Awesome place!

We absolutely loved staying at Andrea’s place. So much room for our family of five. Three bathrooms was a treat — we only have two at home. Being so close to the beach was our favorite part! One and a half short blocks away. Use of the cart with chairs and umbrella was so nice. We were three blocks from a large grocery store, a block from a convenience store, etc. So much around us. Well-stocked kitchen was a plus. We cooked all our meals there and only went out for snacks. Having the washer and dryer was also amazing! Andrea was very accommodating. She answered my messages quickly and even allowed us to store our bags there during the day since our flight left later. I highly recommend this place. Thanks for a great stay, Andrea! We will be back. :)

Great location and perfect beach vacay!

I loved this location. Only 3 blocks from the beach. We made the trek every day and it was easy thanks to the beach cart that that owner provides. They also had other beach tools that made the time in the beach more enjoyable such as, beach chairs, mats and mini umbrella. The washer and dryer were a life saver that I didn’t fully appreciate we would need until we were there. That is the plus of staying at a VRBO vs hotel. I also enjoyed the freedom of cooking if I wanted. Plus it was nice to have 3 bathrooms and 3 TVs with streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime. I also liked that the place was stocked with basics that we could use like spices, baggies, foil, paper towels, etc. I saw other listings that said none of this is included. That makes the stay more expensive if you have to buy all of those basics to prepare a meal for the family. The owner is also very responsive. Thanks for a great stay Andrea!

What an amazing place to stay.

When first contacted, Andrea was amazing at answering questions. Anything that I had asked regarding the area or property, if she did not know she found out! Leading up to the date of the stay she worked with me to add additional days to the stay! Very accommodating! This place is a secret tucked away! A block from the beach and a very short walk to food and adventures! The beach was not over crowded and the neighborhood is so very friendly! The property itself was very cozy and relaxing. Having the washer and dryer on site was a huge help when needing to wash clothes from the beach. Not a far drive from things to do such as put put golf and broadway at the beach, zip lining and much more! Everything in the house was there for comfort and need. Beds were comfortable and having the TVs in the room for the kids made time for the kids to relax after a long day. Each room having its own full bathroom was a great amenity as the children had their own bathroom and the master bedroom had theirs! Will definitely book again for our dance competition! Thank you Andrea!!

Everything here you need to start your vacation!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! We had everything we needed to start our beach vacation, all but groceries! All sorts of beach toys, boogie boards and beach chairs available for you to use. House was clean and ready for our week long stay upon arrival. Communication with owner was very timely. Our stay in August made for some hot, muggy weather... but the air conditioning kept everything cool so we were comfortable when we came back from the ball field. Location was a short walking distance to the sand beach and also walking distance to the main strip for lots of fun at night! All in all, we enjoyed our stay with no issues.
