Welcome to our vacation home at Myrtle Beach--Gulfstream Cottages 304! A beautifully decorated, brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse, with brand new furniture, electronics, and appliances. It is located just one block from the beach!

Our rental features:

-Bedroom #1: hardwood floor, king size bed with firm mattress, computer desk, 39' 1080p HDTV.
-Bedroom #2: hardwood floor, one queen bed, one twin bed, 39' HDTV.
-Bathrooms: two bathrooms, combination tub/shower, towels, shampoo and soap provided.
-Living room: Wood floors and traditional furnishings with queen size sleeper sofa, 48' HD smart TV with 100+ standard cable channels, High speed Wi-Fi access (standard internet)
-Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, plates, bowls, paper towel, utensils, and cookware
-Dining area: dining table seating for six, additional seating for two at the counter
-Linens and towels, laundry with washer and dryer
-Enclosed backyard with patio, with a charcol grill and table/chairs seating for four
-Covered front porch with comfortable chairs
-Beach chairs (6) and beach umbrella (1) provided
-Private community pool just across the property
-Monthly rent is available from Nov to Feb.

Gulfstream Cottages is located between 19th and 20th Avenues South; just minutes to all Myrtle Beach attractions, shopping and dining.

The stay was excellent in every way. The only criticism I have is that beds could be more comfortable, especially the king bed. Would love to book again at this location.

Thank you for the stay and the five star review! I'm so glad your family had a great week in Myrtle Beach! Welcome back nex time! About the king bed, your review and another guest's review show up to me the same day. Both of you mentioned it. I checked the bed and it turned out that one of the bed frame foot support was missing. The bed was not fully supported by all the bed feet! I fixed it. A family is staying right now for a week. They refused my offer to replace the mattress and box set . They said all is fine to them. They don't want to be bothered. But I will consider the replacement later it's convenient.

Everything was so nice, immaculate, close to the beach, great amenities-2 BR with nice showers, dishwasher, big refrigerator, nice beach chairs. Our only suggestion is to invest in newer, more comfortable furniture.

The host was very attentive to our needs. Mr Victor stayed in contact me with me to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. The facilities were exactly what we expected in walking distance to the beach. Also we were within 2-4 miles to everything we wanted to eat, shop and visit.

Our stay was wonderful! The home is well stocked and very comfortable. Mr. Victor was quick to respond checking in with us at arrival and answering the question we had. The beds were so cozy and we slept quite well. We were able to cook meals and were impressed that a potato peeler was provided! Overall an amazing stay.

The house was very clean and well appointed. It had everything our family of three needed. No complaints whatsoever. Furniture and beds were comfy, plenty of towels, nice showers, etc. For sure, one of the nicest places we have stayed on vacation. Very quiet neighborhood. Victor was a great communicator and very kind. Would definitely recommend and will stay again, if opportunity presents itself.

This was my second time staying in one of Victor‘s cottages and he is the definition of the word host. this time we arrived and everything was perfect. However, the bed in the main bedroom was a little uncomfortable and very squeaky. I messaged him about it and he immediately had a brand new bed purchased brought over and swapped out. I was not expecting that it was above and beyond. He did everything to make sure we were comfortable for our stay. and he was very kind about the whole thing. that alone deserves a five star review, but really the whole thing was wonderful. It felt private so easy. It truly felt like it was our own home for the week and everything you needed was there especially things you wouldn’t think about like paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags cookware he really thinks of everything. if you’re looking for an easy comfortable place to stay that feels like home and you don’t wanna have to worry about anything the whole time book a cottage with Victor you will not regret it!!! Myself, my husband, and our 2 girls lived it. as a bonus it’s only about a five minute walk to the beach and to the neighborhood Walmart market and it’s very close to everything.

Great home in a great location. From door to beach was less than 5 minutes. Was great having 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. House well stocked, it had everything you would need. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Would 100% stay here again.

Great Spot

Had a fantastic stay here. My buddies and I were there for a softball tournament and this place was perfect for our 3 night stay. We will definitely be back!

Great stay

Stayed here for 3 nights with a group of friends for my 25th birthday the house was beautiful and the perfect amount of space. I would definitely stay here again the beach was close as well as grocery stores and restaurants. Great location and lovely home.

Great place to lay your head!

Our family attended a busy spring break in Myrtle Beach and this rental was great to have a spot to lay our heads and reset for our next adventure.Victor was very communicative and helpful throughout the process!

Perfect Vacation Spot!

Great property, clean, beautiful inside and all amenities needed for a stay at the beach. 2 minute walk down to the water and easy cab ride to any place in the Myrtle Beach area. I would recommend and stay again.
