Townhouse very tired and in need of updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This townhouse needs some TLC. Furnishings old and worn. Kitchen knives were rusty. Bathrooms decades old. Bed spread was stained. Black out panels in drapes detached. Great location, beautiful grounds.

Wonderful stay at KKSRC over Xmas!

The property was impeccably clean, very comfortable and well located to go all around the Kona coast. We cooked most of our meals in its very well equipped kitchen and took advantage to its proximity to Kahalu’u park (10 min walking) where the snorkel is absolutely fantastic! The townhouse is also in a very quiet spot, so we all slept very well after days spent in the sun!

Great stay at this beautiful property

My wife and I travelled to the big island for 9 nights with our 16 year old son. The grounds are beautiful with great sunset views and facilities like the pool. Townhouse was a great layout and had nice comfortable beds, the AC was a real bonus. Close proximity to one of the best snorkeling beaches at Kahalu’u Beach Park was amazing!! We would stay here again.

Great experience

The rental was well-maintained. Communication was good. Location was great. Pool was so nice. Partial ocean views from the rental. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location

The community of townhomes here is quite, friendly, and abundant in things to do. Four days and three nights was not enough time to enjoy the things that are so close. Very clean and comfortable.

Good location and space

The unit has beach gear and towels, as well as full kitchen items. The community is nice and has a private beach. Lots of activities on the property and nearby. You can easily walk to the grocery store .

The grounds are clean and quiet. Comfortable and Convenient

The coastline was a short walk away, as was a beach and historical site with a secluded beach. Easy driving distance to a mall with several restaurants, drugstore, grocery. Just up the road is a public beach with a lifeguard. This is a great vacation spot!

Great location but townhouse had some issues

The location and club grounds were great, it was quiet and close to the ocean, pool was nice. And the managing agency worked hard to address any issues we had. But the townhouse left some things to be desired. It smelled like smoke, we discovered black mold in the one of the kitchen cabinets, and the water filter was covered in mold.

The home was very clean, close to downtown - about a 10-15 minute drive, and supplied with everything we needed. There were even beach supplies (towels, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, umbrella) which we really appreciated. We had access to the community pool which was very close to the unit, and there was beach access across from the unit. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was really clean. We would definitely stay here again.
