Holualoa Bay Villas, Unit#103 is absolutely GORGEOUS! This beautiful remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is right in the heart of Kailua-Kona, just across the street from the ocean, specifically gorgeous "Holualoa Bay".

Watch waves crashing against the rocky coastline, outrigger canoe paddlers and spectacular gorgeous sunsets right from your HUGE 280 square foot lanai. Lyman’s surf break, beaches and shopping all are close by!

1232 interior square feet of just gorgeousness. A comfortable fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer access, 2 large bathrooms, an Ocean Facing Master Bedroom with King Bed, & A Generously Sized Guest Bedroom as well with 2 Twin Sized Beds.

Holualoa Bay Villas is a boutique development of only 14 condos that share a large remodeled pool and hot tub, a covered barbecue area, two tennis courts and an exercise room.

Beautiful flooring carrying throughout the unit. Gorgeous granite countertops, wood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances highlight the kitchen. The living room provides abundant space for dining and gathering.
Central air conditioning keeps the unit cool on sunny afternoons.

A large sliding door connects the master bedroom to the lanai and invites the ocean breezes into the room. The master bathroom features a large vanity with dual sinks, and a large, walk-in tile shower with glass doors. Go ahead and invite your friends for a stay in Hawaii, the guest bedroom is spacious and the guest bathroom well-appointed with another walk-in shower.

Great location and the ac was perfect. The unit had everything we needed. The host was also very helpful when we had any questions. Definitely will rent again if available during our next trip!

Fantastic Place

Great stay in a very nice condo. Full kitchen with anything & everything you might need. Comfortable bedrooms. Nice bathrooms & showers. Loved the lanai overlooking the pool & the super view of the ocean.

Beautiful Holualoa Bay View

Beautiful property with amazing views. Very spacious, comfortable, and especially clean. Air conditioning was greatly appreciated, particularly for those warm August evenings. We would definitely want to stay at this property again in the future.

Kona vacation

Very nice, clean and well kept. (Had a slight issue with small ants) have to make sure no food is left out at all. All in all we were very happy with our accommodations.

It was a spacious unit for 4 adults and had all the necessities like beach towels, spices, full kitchen of dishes and pans. It was close enough to all the shops of Kona but far enough away from the congestion. We bought fresh fruit from the weekend farmers market just across the street. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great Place To Stay

The place was well stocked with towels, beach toys, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view of the ocean from the lanai was amazing and so relaxing. We appreciated the air conditioning and comfortable living space as well as the cozy beds. The rental manager met us on arrival, checked in with us during our stay, and even brought us a welcome gift!

Beautiful Ocean View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo with a lanai that has an unobstructed view of the ocean across the street. The little beach on the other side of the road also has a taco stand most days and a Farmer's Market on Friday-Sunday. We spent most evenings watching the sun set from the lanai. There is a bit of noise from the traffic but the condo complex itself is very quiet. The pool and hot tub are nice and were rarely occupied. The beds are super comfortable. This place is truly a gem. There are multiple beaches within walking distance. It is a short drive to the center of Kona although you can also take the hourly shuttle (or Uber) if you don't want to deal with parking. The condo was clean and well maintained. We did not have any issues with bugs

Lanai makes the property

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The lanai and it’s views as well as location sets this property at the front of options to book. I will say that they had a serious bug problem in the kitchen, on the counters, stove, and around the trash can. It does warn against bugs in the agreement that you sign, but this is our 4th property we have stayed at in Hawaii and have never seen it like this. It was notice upon checkin, which means it was nothing we did or didn’t do cleanliness wise.They were some sort of ant. I get that bugs are a thing, especially in tropical areas, but we noticed them immediately upon check in, and when I brought it to the property manager’s attention, they placed a bag of bug spray and traps on the door for us to “handle”. Not really something I want or should have to do while on vacation. It prevented us from cooking as much as we wanted. I text a few days later when the problem had not improved and it took 3 days for a response. Overall, I enjoyed the stay because of location and the lanai. It’s located just a mile away from downtown Kailua, an amazing poke place is just across the street (the poke hut), and prime location to be close enough to the hustle and bustle but far enough from crowds and noise. I am a pretty laid back person, so for me, the bugs were easy to ignore.

Thank you very much for taking the time to review the unit, we truly are so sorry about the ant issue that came up. We were quite surprised. And we apologize we misunderstood, we never enter a unit without guest permission so we thought you would be okay with the spray to use on the ants directly. Your comment about not hearing from us for 3 days is false. We see the message thread, and we responded right away, but professional pest control was not available until 2 days from the request to have someone treat in person. We do apologize they weren't available immediately. We do appreciate you staying with us!!
