Custom Built Home - Riverfront Home on the McKenzie River

A little slice of heaven on the McKenzie River with this modern meets mountain custom home. Come stay in this beautiful 1,500 sq foot riverfront property. Enjoy the scenery sitting on the back deck or from the elevated loft inside with an expansive view of the river and mountains. This custom chalet built in 2021 offers privacy on a 2 acre lot with over 300 ft of riverfront. Enjoy all of your favorite nearby outdoor activities to include: Hiking, mountain biking, fishing, river rafting or golfing. We are minutes from the Williamette National Forest and Tokatee Golf Course.
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, new appliances, vaulted ceiling, and fully stocked kitchen. All the amenities for a great stay.

Room 1 - King size bed in the private master bedroom upstairs with full bathroom
Room 2 - Two twin bunkbeds
Room 3 - Queen bed
The cabin sleeps up to 8

*Due to the Holiday Farms Fire 2020 - this whole area was burned. Adding to the landscape and replanting trees is a work in progress.

We provide linens, blankets, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towel and soap.

Sahalie and Koosah Falls and Proxy Falls are within a 25 minute drive.

The Blue Pool trailhead is within 25 minutes.

We have three restaurants and two small stores within 5-10 miles upriver.

We recommend buying all food that you will need for your stay when you are in Springfield or Eugene before heading out to property. It is a 45-50 minute drive to town.

Obsedian/ McKenzie General Store (10 minutes) offers live music two to three times a week all summer.

Beautiful home and location!

Gorgeous house with amazing views of the McKenzie River. Close to other outdoor activities- we enjoyed Terwilliger HotSprings and Blue River Lake- perfect for floating and paddle boarding! We can’t wait to come back to this home in the future!

Natures Paradise

This property is absolutely stunning and extremely relaxing! Beautiful home that met all of our needs. Although it was a little ways from our business in Eugene Oregon, the stay and surrounding took all the extra driving away with the relaxing water running through the river! Perfectly great home!

Beautiful Private Oasis

We loved our stay. Quiet, gorgeous and extremely private. Perfect place to recharge. Needed to drive extensively though to get to nearby lakes for swimming and recreation. The house is beautifully appointed and the perfect home base for exploring. We aren't into fishing but if we were this would be heaven.

Relaxing

From the moment we pulled up the house I was instantly relaxed. The house had everything we needed and the view was to die for. Stayed up one night watching the shooting stars the night sky was so clear. We hiked to blue pool absolutely beautiful. Can’t wait to come back with the family again. Thank you Nicole

Amazing property, with gorgeous views and plenty of space for the family!!

An amazing experience!!! The property was stunning and the views every morning took our breath away. Was not disappointed with experience. The renter was very responsive to us and communicated very well with any questions we had. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend. Great space for the family to stretch out and plenty of games for us to play

Beautiful home

Beautiful home on the river. We enjoyed our stay. Short drive to Tokatee golf course. For the Money per night they need to provide bar soap and shampoo. I was told they don’t provide shampoo. There was no bar soap in the drawers.

Wonderful river side property

We had a great experience staying at this property. The house is modern and very comfortable for 4 - 8 people. You wake up to a million dollar river view every morning. It was quite adventurous getting there at night in snow as it is quite remote so you better be prepared when visiting in the winter. We will come back in the summer to do some rafting around here. Owner Nicole is very nice and responsive to all our requests. Highly recommended!

Beautiful

The property was as described. House was perfect for our family of seven in town for a wedding. The location was beautiful and peaceful. The immediate area is still recovering from fires a while back but doesn’t impact the tranquility. Plenty of lush green vegetation at ground level. We didn’t need to go far to be immersed in woods with beautiful falls. Plenty of outdoor activities and quaint restaurants within a short drive. We did pick up some groceries on the way in as suggested.

Beautiful new home right on the river!

Nicole is wonderful to communicate with! The new home is gorgeous and the floor to ceiling windows take the cake. At night, you can see the stars through the windows from inside. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed for cooking. The beds are very comfortable! And plenty of space with 3 bedrooms, including 2 bunk beds (4 beds) in one of the rooms. Some cell carries have service at the house. Others don’t. I have at&t and had service there and was able to use that as a hotspot to get WiFi. Can’t wait to see the house when the deck is fully finished soon.

Thanksgiving on the McKenzie

The property was almost new, very clean and well equipped in the kitchen. The bunk beds worked well for the children. The location on the river was most scenic and relaxing. I would recommend adding a few amenities in the bathrooms. pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash would be great.

Enjoyable Stay

Loved this home so much came back with friends for our annual fishing and golfing trip. Aside from a minor power outage by the utility company due to high winds we still managed to have a great time. Owners provided info on what was going and even provided a partial refund due to the inconvience. All in all a very enjoyable trip.

This was a great location for us to branch out and hit several different hikes, along with a day at Hayward Field. The home is clean, comfortable and well-equipped - we really enjoyed our stay.

Great property!

The owners are very easy to communicate with and the area is recovering well from the fire. The only small complaint we had was that the grill needs some love. Only half of it works well and it is a little hard to light. Otherwise the place was amazing.

Beautiful property and view

It was great to stay here. Actually got engaged at the Blue pool nearby. Great internet service so could watch movies and fully stocked kitchen with good cooking pans. Only thing that would a have made it better was a microwave to reheat leftovers. The owners were very responsive and helpful
