This beautiful 3 bedroom home is located in a quiet area on Martha’s Vineyard by Lagoon Pond. When you walk inside, you will be delighted by the beach stone fireplace and the comforting ambience. It presents gorgeous “costa esmeralda” granite counter tops with solid cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen which integrates to the dining area that sits 8 people. From there, the french doors invite you to a relaxing patio surrounded by artisan landscaping. The patio, complete with cobblestones, also has a grill and it is a fun place for a family BBQ. An outdoor shower is a great way to rinse off after a swim in the Lagoon. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and features a walk-in closet and a bathroom with calcutta gold marble, his and her sinks, a rain shower, and a cast iron herring bone tub. The den has a comfy couch and a flat screen TV mounted on the wall, which is perfect for movie night. On the second floor of the house, you can find two decorated guest bedrooms next to a full bathroom. The house boasts a finished lower level with a flat screen TV, soft leather seats, a laundry room and a full bathroom adjacent to a relaxing area. If you and your loved ones want to rent a canoe or kayak, you are just a 10 minute walk away from Lagoon Pond with access to a public beach and a bike path. The location of the home is very convenient, it is just a 5 minute ride to the heart of Oak Bluffs, a family-friendly town. A spacious driveway that borders the home can fit up to 3 cars. Long-term rentals are welcome! Please book your ferry in advance. Central AC and central heating are two great features. Surrounded by hedges for privacy and friendly neighbors, you are able to enjoy a well-earned vacation. This home is a safe haven that will provide you with a great place for rest and rejuvenation, as well as memories that will last a lifetime.

Walking into the house, you are struck by its top end finishes, pristine condition and airy and bright spaces. The kitchen has gourmet appliances. The beds are very comfortable. The owner communicates promptly and flawlessly. You can walk to Oak Bluff, a little over a mile away. The main roads to the rest of the island are convenient.

Exceeded Expectations

We really enjoyed our stay at your amazing home with the beautiful flowers all around. It was everything we expected and more!! We enjoyed cooking on the grill and eating in the backyard. We will definitely consider staying here again if we return. We will highly recommend it to others.

A hurricane and a wedding collided!

Came to the island for a family wedding as Hurricane Lee approached. Despite a bit of anxiety - everything went beautifully and as usual, the weatherman were wrong. Lee stayed out to sea for the most part and we stayed at this amazing home. Spacious, meticulous, warm and inviting - this home is very special. The host was very responsive, communicative, helpful (and patient) as our travel times and needs kept fluctuating due to the weather conditions and ferry schedules. Our one regret is that we stayed for just one weekend but we promised as a family that we would return to this home. The pictures do not do it justice - it is very beautiful and inviting. We can’t express enough how much we enjoyed the home. It is exactly as described. The location allows for a nice walk to Circuit Ave and great proximity to key spots. Jolanta was very attentive and her home is beautifully appointed.

Beautiful Vacation Home

This is our second year enjoying this beautiful vacation home in Oak Bluffs. This home is modern (central AC, updated appliances, modern bathrooms and kitchen), beautifully appointed, and spacious. We also love the outdoor space and the private location, which is about a 5 minute drive to downtown Oak Bluffs and the OB beaches. The owner is extremely responsive to any questions and makes check in and check out easy and clear.

Secluded home with easy access to amenities

My family and another that stayed with us had a lovely week in MV staying at this property. The accommodations fit four adults and three kids under three very comfortably! We particularly loved the location, which put us within a 10-15 minute bike ride of multiple great beaches, delicious restaurants, and a playground for the kids. Would certainly stay again.

Beautiful Island Home

This house is a prefect place to stay in MV! Reservations and communications were attentive. We truly loved everything about it. It is very well appointed with a well equipped kitchen and beautiful, spacious living area. We found it to be extremely comfortable and homey with gorgeous decorations and furniture. It is bigger than you imagine from the photos. The basement is HUGE. Bathrooms are very nice. The back porch is a perfect spot for a quiet cup of coffee or a nightcap. The neighborhood turkeys were entertaining. The max of 8 guests is not overdoing it, as I think 8 would be completely comfortable. Just wonderful. No complaints at all.

Beautiful Home

This house exceeded my expectations and is fantastic. Very well appointed, beautifully decorated, top end appliances, impeccably clean, and larger than what the pictures display. There is a finished basement which was perfect for my teens to hang out and watch tv. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen and bathrooms are all modern. The outdoor patio was very peaceful and secluded, and we appreciated the grill. The house is 5 minutes by car to a beach and to the downtown. There is ample parking. The host was very responsive- responds to questions immediately and provides extensive details upfront, so that we didn’t have any questions during our visit. We hope to return again to this wonderful house.

The house is newly decorated and workmanship is outstanding. The spaces were perfect for our group of three adult couples. location is great, near ferry from Woods Hole to Oak Bluffs. Easy to get to any place on the island. Well equipped kitchen, easy to have multiple cooks working together.

A wonderful stay on Winne

The property was actually in my opinion was more spacious that it’s description and the outdoor patio was a blast each evening as we ate and drank the night away. The appointments throughout the property evidence the love and care that Jolanta took in putting her personal touch throughout! We will definitely keep this property as a favorite!

Return to Martha's Vineyard

My wife and I got engaged on MV 28 years ago and wanted to show our 3 20 something kids and their girlfriends where it all started! Absolutley gorgeous, spacious, property in a very quiet neighborhood made for the perfect place to serve as the Hub while we took in the excitement of Oak Bluffs, Dined in at Detente and bounced in the waves at Katama. Jolanta made the whole process effortless, made suggestions to make travel easy, and the house and grounds were a perfect setting for us all to relax, recharge and reconnect.
