Turnover days are Saturday to Saturday Experience the ultimate in luxury and relaxation in the exclusive Eastville area of Oak Bluffs! This stunning custom contemporary log home offers the perfect blend of style and comfort, featuring a spacious 1300sq-ft private back deck for soaking up the sun or enjoying a meal on the large BBQ Grill or cast Iron pizza oven for a truly unique dining experience.
Inside, you'll find four spacious bedrooms, each with ample closet space. Two bathrooms, including a master bathroom with a jetted tub, shower, sink and make-up table.
The stylishly remodeled kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances, a large hammered copper farmhouse sink, and plenty of seating for casual dining. The living room features a cozy leather reclining couch and love seat, as well as two power reclining chairs, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun.
Additional amenities include a covered front porch with a romantic log swing and Adirondack chairs, an outdoor shower complete with hot water. The side deck has an ocean view that can be enjoyed sitting at the bar hight table with umbrella, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a nightcap.

2025 Family vacation

My family and I had a great stay! The house was comfortable and perfectly set up for our extended family. Perfect location between Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven for bike travel. Clean and well appointed. Had linens and towels which were key. Fresh eggs were left for us which was a wonderful touch. Scott was informative in his communication. A memorable family vacation!

Relaxed week

Spent a really nice week with friends with whom we travel often. We appreciated the beautiful indoor and outdoor space. We cooked most of our meals together and the kitchen was well stocked and spacious. The location was perfect for exploring one day and just playing games, doing a puzzle, or reading another day. Great vacation.

Great time on Martha's Vineyard

We had a great time at Scott's place. The house was beautiful and the central air was fantastic! We had kids ranging fron 2 to 13 and they all had a blast running around. The enclosed porch gave them a safe space to play without having to constantly worry about the toddler. Overall, it was a great stay and we would love to come back.

Amazing!

This home is just as pictured. It is wonderfully situated and very peaceful. I have been coming to MVY for years and this home by far has been the favorite for my family and I. Scott, the homeowner is absolutely fantastic. He is very responsive and works to make sure you enjoy his home as much as he does. I look forward to another return visit.

Amazing home!

The home and property were absolutely beautiful! We have been vacationing in Martha’s Vineyard for almost 30 years and I can confidently say this is the nicest house we have rented so far. Location is very close to all towns, especially Oaks Bluff, but is also secluded to provide a private atmosphere for guests. Scott was great to work with, very personable, responsive and accommodating. We are already booking our stay at this property for next summer!

Family Memories!

Had an awesome week on the Vineyard! This home was the perfect place for my husband, adult daughter, and two grandkids (10 & 17), to kickback and relax. The home was comfortable, close to a nice quiet beach, and 10 minutes from Circuit Ave. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. This home helped to make for a great week on the Vineyard. Great memories!

FANTASTIC week!

We loved our stay in this house! The location was excellent for exploring Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs and dining at the Net Result (yum). I loved the front porch for my morning coffee and book, but we also used the back deck as a family for dinner, ping pong, and roasting marshmallows. The house was beautiful inside and had everything we needed. Scott greeted us when we arrived and literally showed us every part of the house. His wife has decorated most of the house, and the nautical theme is fantastic. I highly recommend this property, as Scott is great to work with, the house is wonderful, and the location makes it easy to explore the island!

Perfect - In all respects

Scott was a fabulous host and extremely attentive and accommodating to our comfort and enjoyment during our weeklong stay at his lovely cabin home, which is perfectly located right in the middle of Oak Bluff and Vineyard Haven/Tisbury. You can walk or bike a mile and a half in either direction to OB or VH. That was great, and made getting around super easy and convenient, particularly if you wanted to split up for a few hours, which my teenage girls did quite often. And that was A-okay with me as the rest of us were able to just enjoy the island at our own pace. All in all, the home is fantastic. Each room is very welcoming and quite comfortable. The whole house is super spacious and very well maintained, and indeed worthy of a return visit, to be sure. The 3 decks practically wrap around the house and we enjoyed them all. We cooked out on the back deck a couple of evenings and dined on the side deck for breakfast most mornings. Some of us relaxed on the front deck, which had plenty of comfy Adirondack chairs and a cool (old school) porch swinging loveseat type of thing. This home will certainly be on our short list the next time we visit.

Great House

This house met of all our expectations. The back yard was huge! …lots of room for our active boys to play whiffle ball and soccer. The weather during our stay was quite hot but the air conditioned home kept us very comfortable. We certainly would recommend it to anyone who would like to stay. Our family of eight ranged in age from 78 to 8 years of age.

So close to Circut Ave.

I had an amazing vacation. I try to visit the MV every year. This year is not disappoint. The home is as listed. .it was nice to have that open log cabim feel with all the amenities. Scott the owner was very attentive to our needs. He came by just to chat and displayed the Martha Vineyard spirit which we have all come to love. My sister booked for next year. This will be my first choice for years to come. Thank you Scott.

Comfortable accommodations

We were two families traveling with young kids - there was plenty of space to spread out and for the kids to play. The beds were comfortable, but take note the second bedroom with king bed is actually a loft so every noise from the living room travels in. The location was very convenient to walk to East Chop for the sunset, bike to Oak Bluffs along the shore, and a very short 2 min drive to Eastville Beach. Also close to Vineyard Haven shopping. There are more cleaning supplies available than just laundry detergent. Only thing that could have made it better would have been a “welcome book” of sorts with instructions for WiFi, pizza grill, etc.

Great, spacious and modern house

The house is large, modern and spacious, with a huge and comfortable back deck. It’s in Oak Bluffs but far enough outside the center so that you aren’t in the middle of things but can get there quickly. Scott is a wonderful, friendly and attentive owner. We had a wonderful week there

Wonderful stay

Comfortable bedrooms, spacious deck area, kitchen well stocked -- and Scott was the perfect host. It was a great location for a girlfriends getaway on the Vineyard.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this warm and inviting home.

Scott was a fantastic host. If we needed anything he was more than accommodating. It was the perfect spot for our family vacation.Clean and spacious rooms with tons of character. Beds are so comfortable and plenty of closet space. We cooked a lot in their stainless steel kitchen that comes well equipped with not only kitchen supplies and utensils but enough seating for us all. Our favorite space though was the outdoor decks. We would begin our day on the front porch swing with our coffee and end our day on the back deck enjoying one of many seating areas, the outdoor kitchen, and ping pong table. We even cooked in the outdoor pizza oven! We are looking forward to returning next year! Thank you Scott and Alyssa!

Fantastic Property!

We spent a week here and wish we could have stayed two! Scott is a great host - very helpful while not being intrusive. The home is beautifully appointed and clean with everything one could ever need. The decks are wonderful for hanging out with friends and family. We loved that we were out of the way yet close to Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. Walking down to East Chop to watch the sunset every evening is a must. We look forward to our next visit.

Charming, cozy, clean with all of the comforts of home!

This charming log cabin style home, exceeded all of our expectations! This home has an open concept living space, yet it manages to maintain a feeling of warmth and comfort. The appliances throughout the house were top notch. We have been renting on the Vineyard for the past 25 years and I have never seen a kitchen so well supplied! I was even shocked to discover that I didn’t need to use the kitchen knife that I bring with me every year (most rentals do not supply sharp cutting knives). We spent a lot of time sitting on one of the many outdoor seating areas. The front porch is covered, the side porch offers a view of sunsets on the Nantucket Sound. The back deck offered a lovely dining area and multiple sitting areas. The bedrooms were tastefully decorated and the beds were perfect! We can’t wait to come back next year!

I was born and raised on Martha's Vineyard, as well as both my parents and grandparents, I was a police officer in Oak Bluffs in the 80's, I have been working for the Tisbury water Department for the last 21 years. My wife, Alyssa and I love to travel and meet new people, we have three German Shepherds who love the ocean as much as we do!
