SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. Amenities remain open and fully available for guest use.

Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

Right in the heart of the Emerald Coast is SunDestin Beach Resort. This large property boasts many amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool, plus an outdoor hot tub, so you have plenty of options if you want to spend a day off the sand. There’s also an outdoor tiki bar that opens seasonally, and The Sea Store in the lobby where you can pick up souvenirs without ever leaving the resort. The Scenic Stays team is always available at the 24-hour desk.



SunDestin 1402 is a modern one-bedroom condo that’s been renovated from top to bottom. Upon entry, you’ll find the spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed and one full and one-half bath. The entry hall houses a set of twin bunk beds perfect for kids. At the end of the hall, you’ll see the kitchen and living area that overlook the sparkling waters below. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers stainless steel appliances and granite counters to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There’s seating for four at the peninsula and a dining nook has seating for two. A large sectional doubles as a queen-sized bed and is a great spot to wind down after a day exploring the Destin area. Put on a DVD- rentals are included in your stay. Through the sliding glass door is the balcony with seating for four to enjoy morning coffee while enjoying the panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. This one-bedroom condo sleeps six guests total and is a wonderful escape in Destin.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



SunDestin Beach Resort offers many great amenities on-site and is close to all the action in the area. Get in some shopping at Destin Commons just four miles east, then grab dinner at one of the many restaurants at Harborwalk Village four miles west of the resort.
