This newly remodeled unit is decked out with all the modern conveniences: Four burner cook-top, a full-sized refrigerator, and modern faucets. Granite Countertops align the kitchen area. Welcome to your home away from home with a large balcony to enjoy the ocean view from. Our one-bedroom oceanfront condo on the 11th floor sleeps up to 8 and has one bedroom (two beds), one private bathroom, and a separate living area (with a murphy bed and sleeper sofa), which is open to the kitchen. The remodeled kitchen has everything including new cabinets, granite countertops, and a full-sized stove. The kitchen is also stocked with any items you might need for your stay including pots, pans, glasses, utensils, cheese grater, cutting board, can opener, knives, coffee maker, veggie peeler. The kitchen is open to the living area which includes a dining table with 4 chairs.

From the living area, you can walk out to the HUGE balcony and view the ocean and pool area. This is our hot spot for morning tea or coffee while you inhale the salt air in the mornings. The bedroom has two beds and includes bedding and pillows. The bath has a large sink and a large garden tub.
We want your stay to be comfortable and fun, so we provide toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and dish towels so you can start your vacation right away.
