Brand new furnishings! Breathtaking water views from ALL 3 balconies! Luxurious and spacious accommodations to relax and enjoy your stay. Fantastic, centralized Clearwater Beach location within walking distance to everything you need for a fun filled vacation!

One of the few highly desirable spacious FOUR bedroom, 3 full bath, 2,800 square ft. town homes that features 3 levels of upscale amenities for you and your guests!

You can enter the ground floor of the house thru the front door with keypad lock, the waterside balcony sliding doors or the
2 car garage. This level includes a relaxing sitting area with love seat, sofa, smart TV and shuffleboard table for your entertainment.

The main living area is on the second floor. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to enjoy and prepare meals. The laundry room with a full sized washer/dryer is located off of the kitchen area. A bedroom with a queen size bed is on this level along with a full bath with walk-in shower. The dining area with large table has seating for 6 and there are 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Comfortable living room has a flat screen smart TV, seating for everyone, and a balcony with magnificent views of beautiful Clearwater Bay!

The third floor has a master suite and 2 additional bedrooms that share a full bath with shower. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and large custom closet. The master suite has a king sized bed, sliding glass doors that lead to a cozy balcony, master bath with dual sinks, a walk in shower and large bathtub overlooking the serene views of the inter-coastal.

Enjoy the resort style heated pool and spa with plenty of lounge chairs and tables along with gas grills available for your use during your stay.

House Rules:
MUST be 25 years old to rent this property. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants!
$500 damage deposit is required.
Guests are required to fill out a guest registration form prior to arrival.
Check in at 4pm. Check out at 10am.
No pets! No parties! No smoking anywhere in or around the house(including balconies!)
10 guests only.
There is a 10 pm noise ordinance enforced by the city and must be complied with.
Removal or disconnection of any HDMI or other wires connected to the cable boxes or TV sets preventing them to be in proper working condition when the next guest arrives will cause you to be charged a $100 fee per TV.

We loved our stay. Colleen was very responsive. The condo was beautiful and we loved all of the different seating areas. Great location.. a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Spacious Beach walkable location

Perfect location to walk to the beach, off the main strip. Beautiful views into the bay. We traveled with 2,2.5 and 4 year old kids and this place was great for kids and adults! We will be back!

Wonderful stay

This property was amazing! Being up close and personal with the dolphins made our morning extra special. The townhouse is spacious, with the perfect refreshing dƩcor. The short walk to the beach and dining makes it ideal for anyone. Thanks for opening it up to us and we will definitely be back to visit hopefully soon!

Excellent Stay!

The rental exceeded expectations in cleanliness, spaciousness, and decor. The recommendation book was spot on with restaurant suggestions and attractions. Really enjoyed the large selection of games and beach equipment. Beautiful view of the docking area and close proximity to the beach. Highly recommended!

Great family vacation

Our family had a great time celebrating a 70th birthday. Property was great for children with easy access to the pool and walking distance to the beach. Conveniently located allowing to walk to most restaurants, otherwise a short car ride away. Communication with property was great as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful condo with all the amenities. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Peaceful views sitting on the porches! Very accommodating hosts. Publix grocery store is a short drive. Enjoyed a sunset cruise during our stay which I highly recommend!

Great place in Clearwater

This property is convenient to the beach, shopping, restaurants (especially Starbucks!) It is a beautiful property with hotel like amenities including a pool, beach supplies, shampoo/conditioner and plenty of space to spend with your family. Colleen is a great host and she responds quickly to texts. I would recommend this home and will definitely stay here when I head back to Clearwater.

Gorgeous!

This home is as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. It was immaculate and beautifully furnished. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, coffee and shops. Colleen was so nice and easy to deal with and responded to me immediately when I reached out with questions. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Beautiful Townhome close to Beach

Beautiful property with a great location! We enjoyed being able to walk to so many restaurants, bars and the beach! Home is very clean, spacious and well equipped. Clearwater Beach 2024

We had a great stay in March 2024! The Townhome was better than advertised, from the spacious 4 bedrooms to the large glass patio doors over looking the inlet and boat docks. The Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils and having beach chairs and beach cart were an unexpected bonus. The ā€œcherry on topā€ were the dolphins swimming write outside our patio door! We would definitely stay here again!

McGauley Family Wedding

Colleenā€™s property was excellent! We tied a family vacation in with my nieceā€™s wedding. Two of our three daughters live out of town so we cherish the times we are all together. The house we stayed in was absolutely perfect. Everyone had their own room and we were able to eat breakfast and lunch in and dinners out. The pool and amenities were great!

Beautiful in every way!

The location on the water is lovely and can be so enjoyed with the three balconies as well as easy access to the dock. We so enjoyed watching dolphins and pelicans and people fishing. Then too, the location was great as we could easily walk to Pier 60, lots of restaurants, and even a fun pirate mini golf course. The residence was lovely, and well stocked with everything we needed. We also had lots of fun with the shuffleboard game. Colleen was a wonderful host who quickly responded to any questions we had. In every way we were completely happy with our stay.

Escape from the COLD

Gathering to celebrate friends 60th Birthday in Clearwater Beach. Condo was beautiful inside with plenty of space for six adults. Couple blocks from beach access and short drive to main bar/restaurant area or under mile walk. Colleen was very responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Townhouse

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was comfortable and clean with plenty of room for eight of us. We loved the water views, the pool and the fact that we could walk to the beach and to many restaurants. Colleen was very quick to respond to all of my questions prior to and during the trip. The townhouse had a number of amenities which I appreciated not having to pack, such as beach towels, beach chairs, coffee, coffee filters, hand soap, linens, dishwasher detergent & laundry detergent. I highly recommend this beautiful townhouse.
