The Space:

Welcome to this amazing 3-bedroom 3-bath 2,200 sq ft family retreat, located on the South side of Clearwater Beach and ideally placed on a quiet canal just off the Intracoastal waterways. This condo is just 2 short blocks to the beach, and is walking distance to the restaurants, excursions, and the famous Pier 60 nightly sunset festival, great fun for the whole family. In the unit you will find high quality furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, housekeeping done to the highest standard, and many features you would expect to find in your own home.



Opening to a large deck with water view, the living room has comfortable lounge chairs, a large TV, and a full dining set for 6, and a bar area with sink. The living room opens to a full kitchen with granite counters, breakfast counter, a large refrigerator with ice-maker, electric range, dishwasher, and a coffee maker. The kitchen is well-equipped with good knives, pots and pans, and many small appliances one would expect to find in one's own kitchen. Small amount of basic non-perishable groceries and cooking condiments (tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil, etc.) is also provided for the guests' convenience.



The master bedroom has a massive king bed with a brand-new memory foam mattress, a flat screen TV, walk-in closet, sliding door to a deck and, a full en-suite bath with granite counters and separate Jacuzzi and a large shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed (also with a memory foam mattress) and a separate queen futon sleeper, dresser, flat screen Smart TV, a closet, and a full en-suite bath with tub/shower combination. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser, a closet, and an en-suite bath with tub/shower combination.



The unit has a complete utility room with washer, dryer, sink and cleaning supplies.



There building has a year-round heated pool with spill-over spa and plenty of lounge chairs. Charming Tiki Huts are a fun place to sit and watch the Intracoastal activities. Facing the pool there is also a locking outdoor storage closet - that has beach chairs that are available for the guests’ use, as well as beach and pool toys, boogie boards, etc.



This non-smoking accommodation sleeps 8. There is an assigned single parking space; a second car can be parked in one of the guest parking spaces. The parking spaces can easily accommodate a large SUV or a minivan; however, no trailers can be brought in and parked in the garage.



The deck faces the Intracoastal; deck table and chairs sit 4 guests, and there are 2 additional chairs and a small table.



The check-in time is 4PM, the check-out time is 10AM. Depending on the rental schedule, especially in the low season we may be able to accommodate earlier check-in or later check-out times. Stays of two weeks or longer will receive a discounted rate, please inquire with us prior to booking. Last minute discounts (arrival within 1 weeks) available. Basic cable, and high-quality mesh WiFi with high-speed internet are provided.
