Spacious corner single level home in North Scottsdale. This home has 2400 square feet of living space. The house is a three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The house has no steps , perfect for guests with limitations. The VRBO map does not show the exact location of the home, but the home is NOT near a major street , and is very quiet.

The home is in walking distance to great shopping and dining at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. A quick 5 minute drive to TPC Scottsdale, Home of the Waste Management Phoenix Open. Multiple hiking options in the area. Great access to HWY101 and HWY51 gets you to all the places you want to go quickly.

The master bedroom has a King size bed with plenty of dresser space and a private bathroom with a double vanity. The guests bedrooms are separated by a spacious bathroom with a double sink , both guest bedrooms have Queen size beds..

The house has an inground five foot deep PLAY POOL (non diving ) which is UNHEATED, also has a six person hot tub (AT THIS TIME THE HOT TUB IS OUT OF ORDER) .The pool is professionally cleaned and checked every Monday. The yard has plenty of lounging / sitting areas. A picnic table overlooking the pool is a great way to enjoy your meal or snack in between swims. While swimming you can enjoy music with the provided JBL outdoor speaker via Bluetooth. Pool is UNHEATED - Ideal Swim Season May thru Early Oct.


CLEANING
We have always been very particular about cleanliness, and want to let you know that we are doing our part to help our guests stay safe from the spread of unwanted viruses. Our team takes great care to sanitize and disinfect all high touch surfaces including, light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, keypad entry lock, etc. We use high quality disinfectants and sanitizers as prior to each guest arrival.

HOT TUB is for adults only, no children under the age of 17 are allowed in, HOT TUB cannot be used for a play pool for kids under 17. ××× HOT TUB OUT OF ORDER AT THIS TIME ×××

The property has security cameras located outside for the safety and security of the guests and premises. Your safety and privacy is important to us and the cameras are set in place to protect that. The rear yard camera are deactivated during your stay. We do NOT monitor these cameras 24/7 , but we keep it to ensure the safety of the house and those residing in it.

Due to liability issues we cannot allow guests to have visitors , unless PRIOR requests are approved by owner and a liability waiver is signed by each individual visitor. Only the guests that are listed in the rental agreement / reservation conversations (text or email) are allowed access to the home and pool area. The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list or emailed to owner prior to stay.
The liability form will be emailed to you upon your request. We ask that you give ample time for this process. We reserve the right to terminate the rental stay and no refund will be given, if the above restrictions are violated.
