Above Castelfiorentino (2 km), in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. For shared use: property 2 ha (fenced), beautiful garden to relax. Private: well-kept terraced garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 145 - 300 cm, seasonal availability: 08.May. - 16.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, central heating system, burglar alarm system, washing machine, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 14.Apr.. Linen change weekly. Cook on request (extra). Parking at the house. Mit diesem Objekt hat sich der Traum eines perfekten Urlaubs in der Toskana mehr als erfüllt. Die Aussicht inklusive Weinberg war einfach nur schön. Man hatte seine Ruhe obwohl die Stadt gleich in der Nähe war. Von hieraus konnte man sämtliche Städte wie Florenz, Pisa oder San Gimingnano sehr gut erreichen. Wir können es auf jeden Fall empfehlen und werden bestimmt auch wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

mooie vakantiewoning op schitterende locatie

Op een heuvel met uitzicht op het Toscaanse landschap ligt dit huis. Het is een ruime woning met fraaie tuin en groot zwembad. Wifi bereik was niet optimaal maar daar werd alles aan gedaan. Gezien hoge temperaturen is een airco binnen wel een gemis. Bedden mogen kwalitatief wel beter zijn voor zo'n woning.

Charming and elegant house in a beautiful counryside. Walking distance to the nearest little town, where restaurants and shops.There is also a train station, journey to Florence and Sienna takes just an hour. Owners living nearby was very friendly and helpful.We were very pleased.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön und die Aussicht toll. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Das Haus liegt ideal für Tagesausflüge. Der Pool liegt oberhalb eines Weinbergs und man hat eine überragende Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Sehr empfehlenswert

Ruhige Oase mit schöner Aussicht. Grosszügige Unterkunft. Etwas Abgeschieden und doch ist man schnell auch zu Fuss im Dorf. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Dream Italian villa

This is a wonderful typical Italian villa where the pictures do not do full justice to the property. There are magnificent views from the terrace and swimming pool and the location is very convenient for days out to Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano. The local train station also makes visits to most of these places very convenient. The property has quite a lot of steps as it is spread out over different levels but it suited our needs well with the children's room near to the parents' room and a bathroom in between. The bedrooms are of a good size and the kitchen and bathrooms are reasonably modern. Water pressure in the showers is very good. The swimming pool is close to the villa, and is fenced off from the villa and garden with secure gates at each entrance. There are lots of deckchairs and sun-beds to relax in. Castelfiorentino is not a busy town. There are medium sized supermarkets in the town and several restaurants around the main square. If you are fit and hearty it is possible to walk from the villa to the town centre in about 25 minutes but you do have to navigate approx 400 yards of a main road without a pavement (though there are places to step off the side of the road) and the last 400 yards on the return journey is up a steep hill. The owner speaks a little English and is extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, this was a very nice villa in which to spend a week and I will consider returning in the future to see more of this wonderful area.

Excellent location with fantastic views. Spacious villa with modern bathrooms and kitchen. Swimming pool is fenced off from villa and garden. Quite a lot of stairs in the property. It is possible to walk to Castelfiorentino in 25 mins if you risk 400 yards along a road with no pavement and the very steep hill on the way home. Owner lives next door and is very helpful. Local town has 2 supermarkets and several decent restaurants.

Pobyt bardzo udany, miejsce fantastyczne na wypoczynek dla całej rodziny. Dobrze wyposażone, we wszystko, czego można potrzebować, doskonała lokalizacja - blisko m.in. Florencji i Sieny. Polecamy!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man in einer Woche in der Toskana braucht: Pool, Terassen, gut ausgestatteter Küche, Grill und naheliegender Coop. Auch nach San Gimignano, Florenz und Pisa hatten wir es nicht weit.
