Welcome to TigerTales!

From the moment you walk through the door, you will instantly be transported to your relaxing and private vacation getaway! The famous TigerTail beach is just a road down, getting you from house to sand with a short walk. Our all screened-in lanai features one of the largest heated soft saltwater lap pools of any house on Marco Island complete with brand new travertine and pool toys for the kids to enjoy. It also features a waterfall flowing from the heated spa. Enjoy the amazing sunset views shining through the mangroves onto the canal every evening or walk up to the second-floor observation deck to view the sun setting over top of the trees!

This home features a spacious vaulted ceiling, two second-story decks, and a brand new door lock security system. Open up the four-panel disappearing sliding glass doors to make the entire living room feel like a large addition to the lanai. Just a few steps down from the lanai is a fenced-in grass area perfect for pets!

Get some work done in our spacious loft office, complete with a large desk, printer, and basic office supplies. Combined with our 1GB x 1GB high speed Fiber Internet installed Feb 2024 along with state of the art Plume(R) Whole House WIF , it gives you enough speed for your kids and Zoom meetings all at the same time anywhere on the property. Park a boat on our brand new dock just put in the spring of 2022!

Sleep comfortably in the king bed found in the master bedroom or either of the queen beds found in both the first and second-floor bedrooms. The fourth bedroom features a twin over queen bunk bed and wall mounted TV with Roku Ultra. Both upstairs bedrooms, as well as the master, all have walk-in closets. With 3 full bathrooms, you will never have to worry about waiting to shower. The master bedroom boasts a full walk-in shower large enough for two. If you prefer, you can even use the outdoor shower right next to the pool and is so nice after returning from the sandy beach!

Each TV in the house, as well as in the lanai, has a ROKU ultra system attached and when paired with our high-speed internet allows you to stream all of your favorite shows and movies. The TV in the living room features an all-new state of the art soundbar as well as a connected subwoofer that allows for the ultimate viewing and listening experience.

Go ahead and grab the fishing poles off of the wall mounts in the two-car garage, available for your use, and bait up for some freshly caught fish cooked on the grill in the lanai. Enjoy your dinner on the large outdoor dining room table while watching the sunset with the sound of the waterfall in the background.

A Great Place to Stay

We loved the house and the pool area. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and towels and linens were of good quality and plentiful. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Marco Island.

A wonderful home for our family to stay in. There is plenty of room, a stocked kitchen and one of the best pool & hot tub heaters. Kayaks were fun to explore with too!

Nice family accommodations

Our family of 7 adults and 2 kids fit nicely in the rooms layout. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook big meals and there were also lots of delicious restaurant options nearby. We enjoyed the pool, the kayaks and fishing from the dock in the back!

Great winter family vacation!

Loved the house and location. It was nice being within walking distance of the main beach. We could also walk to some of the local restaurants. The house was very clean and set up so well for visitors with linens, coffee and some basics in the kitchen. We had plenty of space to hang out together inside or out. Would rent again when visiting Marco Island. Check in and communications were great as well.

Very nice Florida property. We stay a month in south Florida every year. By far the nicest property so far. Owner and manager super helpful and friendly.

Perfect Escape

Property is as nice as shown in the photos. The pool and hot tub are awesome, as is the dock and the backdrop into the mangrove's on the canal. Inside is clean and well equipped. Easy walk to Tigertail or short drive to other beach access points. Property owner was reachable and very polite and helpful! Would recommend this property for anyone looking for relaxation!

Great home beautiful Neighborhood

The family enjoyed the screened in pool and spa, even eating outdoors. The kids enjoyed having their own bathrooms and private space. The kitchen was well appointed and suited my daughter's needs for making dinner the first night. The attention to comfort from providing beach towels and chairs to labelling every light switch and providing the garage door remote was much appreciated. I highly recommend this home.

Tigertail Paradise on Marco

This property is an absolutely amazing home for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids ages 5 and 9). We have been coming to Marco for Spring Break for a few years now, but have never had a home as enjoyable as this. The location, first and foremost, is incredible - within walking distance to Tigertail Beach (use the lagoon crossing - you won't be disappointed in how much less crowded the northern area of the spit is compared to traversing the lagoon further south, not to mention the walk is way shorter). There are also no homes behind this property on the canal, just mangroves full of beautiful nature sounds. The home itself is spacious, welcoming and extremely comfortable and well-appointed. Our favorite spot, and where we likely spent 90% of our waking hours, was the gorgeous lanai and spectacular pool / spa combo. Our communication with Kaitlen was great - she was always extremely responsive and helpful. We have found our perpetual spot for visits to Marco Island, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable rental property!

Winter Reprieve

Scheduling and arrival were as easy as we could have hoped for. The check-in process was seamless, and the host provided a Handbook that detailed everything we needed to know, including the use of the pool and hot tub, the location of fishing equipment, and access to beach essentials.The accommodations were roomy, allowing each of us to have our own space while also providing the perfect setting for relaxing family gatherings at the pool, dock, kitchen, dining, and family areas. The property was well-maintained and fully stocked for a long-term stay. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the living spaces were comfortable and inviting. The outdoor area, with its private pool and hot tub, quickly became our favorite spot to relax. The availability of beach chairs, umbrellas, and even bikes made exploring the island effortless.Marco Island offered a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. The weather was perfect, allowing us to avoid a very cold and snowy Midwest winter. We enjoyed daily walks on Tigertail Beach, boat tours, and dining at fantastic restaurants like Snook Inn, Sale e Pepe, La Travola and Smith House. The neighborhood was peaceful, yet close to everything we needed. Overall, this VRBO rental exceeded our expectations. The communication with the host was excellent, and the attention to detail made our stay truly enjoyable. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an extended getaway on Marco Island.

Great property and neighborhood

The house is beautiful and it was very clean. Walking distance to Tiger Tail Beach . We are rating it four stars because it had things to improve: 1- We were unable to watch the living room TV because it uses Roku and we could not figure out the system/remote. Young people in the family were unable to make it work. 2- Icemaker in the refrigerator was not working. 3- Two rooms upstairs use remotes for the ceiling lights . Also not working. We had a wonderful time. If I mention these things is with the spirit of these issues getting resolved for future guests. Ben P. .

Perfect House and Great Experience

We stayed with another family and had a perfect experience. Great communication from start to finish, the house is better than the pictures give it credit for, and we would highly recommend. We kept finding unexpected extras throughout our stay - pool toys, beach gear, kitchen items, a wine fridge, etc. The pool and area around the pool was exceptionally fun and comfortable and connects nicely to the living room and kitchen. The house is set in a very nice neighborhood and is a short drive to Starbucks, grocery stores, and restaurants. Short walk to Tigertail beach and a longer walk (or drive and park) to the white, sandy, larger beach.

Dream come true

My husband and I wanted so badly to get our friends and family out of a cold drabby New England winter for a few days. We knew Marco Island was the place, Tigertail Beach specifically. This property was ideal, beautiful, spacious and well appointed. Nobody was bored for a moment. There was plenty of room to congregate and also pull away for some solitude. The entrance to the Beach was a quick walk as promised. Getting to the sand and ocean by crossing the shallow lagoon is far better then the walk around. Taking a right and exploring to the tip of Tigertail is amazing. Kayak rental for the day is $60. A great price for our 1 Eagle scout and 2 Eagle candidates to put their skills to the test. We hope to be back next February.

Our family vacation

Beautiful house, great location, quiet street, nice pool! Had a great time! Only thing was that the beach is more than a 5 min walk! 5 min to the entry gate then another 15 min to the water! All restaurants & activities are very close. All had a super fun time. Having four bikes was a nice touch! Would go again & recommend highly!

Quiet luxury

Tiger tail is located in a very quiet and upscale area with beautiful homes all around. The home is very good size especially with the screened in area that had lots of great seating, the large heated pool and spa. The doors also opened up to make the internal living space that much larger. The bedroom situation was perfect for our family of 9. The master is on the first floor and has a en suite. There is another smaller bedroom behind the kitchen that has access to the shared downstairs bathroom. Upstairs is a bit small but has two decent size bedrooms and a computer area with a nice daybed. The balconies upstairs are great especially on the back to watch the amazing sunsets. Overall there was more than enough room for all of us. And the best part is the beach is only a 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again

Terrific property in a beautiful location

You can stop browsing now. This property is what you are looking for. The house is amazing, and the location is even better. We were a family of 6 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Communication was very good from the host.

TigerTail Adventure Retreat

Our stay in the house was wonderful, and our high expectations were exceeded. Furniture and floors were clean and nice. Appliances were seemingly new. We did not need anything extra for cooking in the kitchen. The lanai area was the favorite place for everyone in our group. The lap pool and hot tub were used by everyone daily, and most of our meals were eaten at the large table. From there we observed an iguana sunbathing on the wall by the water, and numerous herons and even an osprey who we discovered nesting on top of a neighboring house, after watching him transport fish in his mouth. For us, an adventure is what creates the best memories on a vacation. The walk across the water inlet to TigerTail Beach was the small adventure we were looking for. We went across the inlet almost every day because of the reward of getting over to the quiet beach. We went once to the busy South Beach and realized how much we appreciated TigerTail. The neighborhood was ultra-quiet, beautiful, and nice to walk in. All the shopping and dining areas are within 5-10 minutes driving. We would absolutely return and stay in this house tomorrow if possible.

Beautiful Home

House was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay immensely. Such a beautiful home and it was a pleasure to stay there. Pool and spa were nice and sitting on rear patio looking out at the canal was relaxing. We will definitely be back.

Great family vacation

We stayed at this property last week and we had a wonderful time. It was two families (8 people) with two dogs and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The pool was beautiful with awesome access to the canal in the backyard. The only thing was the walk to the beach/ocean was a lot further than 5 minutes. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.
