We had a wonderful experience here! Pristine condition. Pool was wonderful. Communication was a 10. We had to leave due to the hurricane but that process was made easy for us! Highly recommend.

Great property for a Family

We brought our 11 month old baby and two dogs and this house was perfect for both! Great location for walks to the beach and walks in general. Walking distance to great restaurants in alys. We enjoyed our stay!!

Great location, house, and large pool!

Highly recommend it! It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids (5yo, 3yo, 2mo).

Great trip

We really enjoyed the house. Great location. Loved that the grill was clean and a Weber. Beds were amazing and the house came with all the beach equipment we could have needed.

Clean, Fun and Great Location

We were very impressed with the nice touches when we arrived. The house was very clean, and Shawna was easy to work with. The best part was the large, heated pool that we enjoyed every day.

Great Stay

This is our second year staying at East of Eden. The house is perfect for our fall break vacation. Having the private pool and being so close to the beach makes it the perfect spot for us. Everything you need for your stay is provided - fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach umbrella and chairs, pool toys.

Great stay!

Our family stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time! We loved having use of the golf cart and bikes to go to the many nearby places. Everything you need or want is conveniently located. The home was clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the private pool and quiet community. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway

Such a cute quiet neighborhood close to everything ! Kids loved the pool and golf cart rides! The house was super clean and nice ! Looks just like the pictures. Would stay here again 😊

Amazing trip!

The property was just perfect for me and my daughter in law, daughter and her two friends. The personal touches to the house made it extra special. The house was clean and the golf cart, bikes, chairs and umbrella were all so helpful for the beach.

My family and I have stayed in many beach rental properties throughout Florida, Alabama, and the Carolinas. East of Eden was by far the nicest and cleanest of them all. The pool was amazing and cleaned twice a week! Spring for the pool heat if visiting in June, you will by far enjoy it more. Having a golf cart available was fabulous for going down to the beach. We also took it to pick up a few sundries from the local shops. Location of the home is perfect and super quiet. This was one of our best family vacations, we are already planning a return trip and will definitely rent this home again! Lastly, you couldn’t ask for better communication from the host. The area and home tips, reminders, and check in process was so easy! Literal 5 stars.

Great Trip!

The house was great for our family of five. Clean, bright, and comfortable. The pool is terrific and always felt perfect after a day at the beach. Great location for enjoying all that 30A has to offer. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to returning!

Great place!

We had a lovely time in this great home. Everything was as advertised. The pool was a great addition. Kitchen was well stocked. Beach access was convenient and really easy using the bikes! Would recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again!

May 2021 Stay at East of Eden

We just returned from a week stay at East of Eden-property is just like photos and all was clean and easy, everything you needed (and more) was available! Property owners were very responsive and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property!

Great home

Overall great home for families! Quick golf cart ride down street to beach access to unload gear. Beach beautiful and uncrowded. After the beach jumped in private pool at the house! Kids loved it!

Great vacation rental

East of Eden is a beautiful house. We enjoyed the private pool and its closeness to the beach. The house has everything you need to prepare your own meals and entertain the family. The La Costa Blanca team was very timely in responding to any inquiry we had. A perfect place to have your beach vacation!!!!

Wonderful Getaway for a Family

This was our second time staying at East of Eden, and it lived up to the billing yet again. It is the perfect size for our family of 5, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s a quick drive, or bike ride, to Rosemary, Alys or Seacrest Beach, and yet the house is far enough away from those areas as to give it a quieter feel.Our kids love the covered pool, and it’s the perfect way to end a long day at the beach. The home is very clean and has everything a family needs for a week away, and the hosts are very responsive to any needs that may arise.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again!

East of Eden was perfect for us!

East of Eden was the perfect house for us. The bikes, golf cart, great kitchen and heated pool made our stay so nice. I hope to return again some day. Thanks to John for all his communication prior to our visit.

June Vacation

The home is darling. The access to bikes was nice given restrictions on where you can take golf cart. Golf cart was very useful with trips to the beach. Outdoor area was a great place to spend after a day on the beach. We enjoyed reading on the front porch area sitting in the chairs. Owner was very responsive.

Amazing Stay!

Everything about our stay here was great! The location to the beach was perfect. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. Pool was very large and extremely clean. Outdoor area was wonderful. Bikes and golf cart were very nice to have. The neighborhood was quiet. We have been coming to this area for years and one of the best houses we have stayed in!
