This cozy home is made for families looking for a temporary home base or working professionals on a fixed term work assignment. It is walking distance to J.N. Burnett Secondary School and is a short drive to shops and restaurants. UBC, YVR Airport, & Downtown Vancouver are all less than 15 minute driving distance from the home.

* Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed, a working desk and a Jack & Jill style bathroom (double sink vanity with an enclosed shower room and toilet) shared with the Third Bedroom

* Third Bedroom: Double-size bed, a working desk and a Jack & Jill style bathroom (double sink vanity with an enclosed shower room and toilet) shared with the Second Bedroom

* Fourth Bedroom: Queen-size bed, a working desk and an en-suite bathroom

* Laundry & Dryer Room: COMPLIMENTARY use of Washer/Dryer.
one set of towels (hand and body) will be provided for each guest. If you are planning to switch towels during your stay, I would recommend to bring your own as well as we only provide one set per person.
