You are mere minutes away from the wonderful beaches of Rehoboth, Lewes and Dewey, the boardwalk, specialty shops, bars, restaurants, and fabulous tax-free outlet shopping within walking distance! Don't feel like exploring? Relax at the pool or curl up with a good book and an iced cappuccino on the screened porch (Condo offers a wonderful Nespresso Vertuo coffeemaker with accompanying Aeroccino!) There are 2 Smart TVs for rainy days and Netflix, and a provided Google Chromecast! (no cable) A perfect home base for visiting: The Nassau Valley Vineyard, Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, Henlopen State Park, and numerous other local attractions. NO Pets/NO smoking please. Condo is toddler friendly, with child-proofed outlets already in place! Master Bedroom is furnished with a brand-new King bed, Guest bedroom contains a brand-new Queen bed, and couch pulls out into a Queen-sized mattress. Occupancy 6.
Guests pay a $125 cleaning fee with each stay. 2nd floor unit. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Great rental

The rental was easy to get to, and easy to access. Communication and support from the real estate agency was top notch. We made the reservation last minute and couldn't be more glad we did. Excellent stay and highly recommend for a casual weekend in Rehoboth.

Perfect for Baseball Families

A few families stayed at this complex for a baseball tournament. It wasn't too far from the complex and easy to get to the beach. The pool was great for everyone to hang out after a game. The condo itself had everything we needed and was very clean!

Great spot for quick weekend trip

Place was clean and good size door 6 people. The living room couch is a pull out so thatā€™s the 3rd bed. The bathrooms were nice and the screened in deck was a great place to hangout. Good location if your arenā€™t looking to be right in Rehoboth or Dewey. Iā€™d visit again.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Just spent 5 days with family at this nice condo. Parking is easy, comfortable for 6 guests, pool is centrally located, tables and umbrellas are available. Lots of stores within walking distance, so it's conveniently located. Condo was better stocked than anticipated, it was clean and comfortable, even the sofa sleeper! Would definitely return!

Family vacation

First Rehoboth Beach vacation, Location was great! Comfortable for 4 of us. Property could use a little tlc. Missing screen on porch, doorknob in bathroom loose, no games for rainy day! Will go to rehoboth again but will not stay at this property.

The property was not ready on time. There were a few issues with some cabinets but we reported it immediately. The location was nice and the neighborhood was great.

Good Find

Place was clean, beds were comfy, and customer service was good. The check in process was alittle annoying as we had to go pick up and drop off keys, itā€™s my fault as I should have made sure it was a keyless rental as thatā€™s my preference. The only other thing was the air conditioning. We had two pregnant ladies on this trip and someone kept remotely resetting the air to 75 degrees, in the middle of the night and during the day ā€” it was annoying and caused some uncomfortably for some of our group as the temps were above 90.

Convenient location

Very close to everything, beach, restaurants, grocery stores. Not as clean as I thought it would be, wish the bed covers/sheets were washed prior to check in. For the money spent on renting ifā€™s ridiculous we have to spend more money on linen and towel rental. But hey ita good for last minute booking.

Very clean and had everything we needed. The only inconvenience was the location of entering the property Good location next to shopping and about 10 minutes from the beach. But no available access to turn right into the condo coming from the beach, had to keep making a u-turn and come back around in order to go into the property. But overall we loved our stay!

Decent Place, Butā€¦

This condo was relatively clean and in a good location for shopping the outlet malls. Getting to and from Rehoboth is not easy. Traffic is a nightmare. So if you donā€™t want to spend considerable time in traffic and want to enjoy the beach, boardwalk and state park, stay closer to shore. Finally, be warned, this condo does not come with towels, sheets, paper towels, TP and other small things you come to expect in VRBOs. Management pointed out the fine print after I booked and quoted me $170 for three days worth of sheets and towels. It was absurd and felt like gauging and a hidden fee.
