Located off the beaten path, but very close (1/2 block) to everything in downtown Rehoboth Beach! This townhome is slightly more than three blocks to the beach, and less than one block to Rehoboth Avenue, where fine dining and shopping abound!!

JUST RENOVATED AND LOOKS GREAT. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS OUR HOME THAT WE LOVE AND WE ASK THAT YOU TREAT IT AS SUCH - IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS IN MIND PLEASE DO NOT RENT OUR HOUSE. THANK YOU

This two story property features many upgrades and recent total unit renovations such as new, floors, appliances, washer dryer, stone countertops, garbage disposal and more. It offers a large second floor balcony for sunning, and a semi-private gardened patio for relaxing and grilling. Tastefully furnished in a natural motif. Two bedrooms (with ceiling fans) and each with its own bathroom, one with a king-size bed and one with two twins that can be pushed together to make a second king. Half bath downstairs. Exterior building has had a complete exterior makeover! Looks brand new! High-speed Wi-Fi! Flat Screen TV, cable and DVD player in each bedroom and the den (one with Blu-ray).

Very child friendly community and only 3 blocks from a terrific playground.

PETS WELCOME, please contact owner with information on pets (there is a $20/night pet fee). PLEASE NOTE: this property has a circular staircase. Security deposit of $300, returned within 15 days of check out if no damage. Off season short term rentals available (2 night minimum).

There is a wonderful sunny patio to relax on in the evenings, and a large second floor deck that is shaded by the trees.

The community has a salt water pool.

NOTE THAT UNIT HAS SPIRAL STAIRCASE AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES.

AS IS COMMON IN REHOBOTH BEACH, GUEST PROVIDE THEIR OWN SHEETS, TOWELS AND PAPER GOODS (and most guests bring their own pillows).

Brief stay for foodies

We had a brief but pleasant stay. I appreciated that this house had some hand soap in a few bathrooms and a few other basics. It was lovely to have king sheets available too since we brought a queen set. Very walkable at 3 blocks to the beach and even closer to fabulous restaurants. Yes, there is a spiral staircase to reach the bedrooms upstairs. Given that, we didn't bring our dogs. Clean, easy check-in/out, good communication with owner. Thank you!

Wonderful location in Rehoboth

This property is in a prime location right off of the main road in Rehoboth. It is a quick walk to the beach and all of the shops. The unit had everything we needed for our long weekend with our dog. We will definitely stay there again!

Great spring stay!

We go to Rehoboth every spring. This place is just in a great locationā€¦. a super quiet area and a short walk over to the main road- then about 3 blocks to the beach. We did the walk each afternoon to go shopping and eat dinner. We drove up to the beach early (around 9:30-10am each day) and had no issues finding parking. Loved our stay- lots of space for our family of 4. Loved that each room had its own full bathroom and an extra half one downstairs! Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the outside patio area and the covered parking spots. We are also very grateful that the host reached out to us when our (forgetful) son left his entire suitcase there and set up a way for us to get it back. We had a great time and hope to be back again next spring!

Perfect Holiday Getaway with My Dog

We had a wonderful stay at this unit over Christmas! The property was well-kept, comfortable, and in a great locationā€”making it the ideal home base as we spent time with family. Great Locatins

Nice place close to the beach and right next to the center of town. It is on a quiet street a block behind main street so close to everything but without the traffic. The unit was as described and was easy to check in and out of. Would recommend and stay here again.

Weekend getaway

Enjoyed the time there with spouse, daughter and dog. Some small issues came up about kitchenware, but owner was receptive. Then when we forgot a bag, owner went above and beyond to return it to us.

Rehobeth Condo

Loved our stay. Perfect location to walk to coffee, restaurants, boardwalk and the beach. Parking pass was included which was helpful to bring stuff closer and go to quieter beach locations. As described, spiral staircase a bit hard to maneuver for our 30lb doodle (needed to carry her up and down)- but we loved walking her in the adorable surrounding neighborhood! Will definitely be back!

Great location and spacious townhouse

The property is exactly as advertised. The townhouse is in a safe, quiet and excellent location. Main street is literally a block over to easily access the restaurants and shops. The beach is a quick 15 min walk. If you have small children there are a few parks within walking or biking distance. The community pool was very clean and well kept. The house was clean on arrival and the home was very spacious for our family of 4. The bedrooms were generous in size and the king bed was very comfortable. We did not utilize the second bedroom beds but it was roomy enough for two large pack-n-plays to fit. The kitchen was updated and had all the essential items needed to make a meal. The property owner was easy to communicate with. We would stay here again and highly recommend.
