Once I got in the door everything was great. I was sent a 9 digit code to check in with specific instructions to not use the key pad, but to use the lock box. The lock box has 4 digits. I was able to reach someone who helped me but it took about 20 minutes and after traveling and hauling my things up the stairs, it was a bit stressful

Great location for a short visit to Anna Maria Island. Walkable to gulf and bay, plenty of restaurants and stores. Inside was clean and as described. Outside (windows, deck, pool) could use some attention.

The grounds and location are perfect. The attic room is where we stayed and it was beautiful! Quaint yet roomy, impeccable decor! We loved it!

Small space, but just what we needed.

3 people in a small space. Clean, easy check in, but would not recommend for groups with more than 3 people, or groups relying on spending much time at the venue. It was a great place to rest and tidy up between adventures, but wouldnā€™t recommend as a ā€œhangout spotā€. Would highly recommend if your group needs met ours :)

Great retreat for very close friends

Proximity to beaches. Very clean. Air conditioning didn't cool enough to sleep well. Pool was awesome and well kept with lots of clean beach towels. Refrigerator very tiny. You will need a cooler and ice each day. The price was right, loved the location and as long as you're with friends who are easy going it's a great getaway

This room is not as advertised, it is upstairs with very sketchy stairs and surrounding deck. Areas of the railing were just broken off and laying around and the deck has multiple soft sagging areas. The exterior is not well lit. I am only a little taller than 5 feet and had to duck to use the bathroom sink. There were dead bugs in all the light fixtures, and the room smelled like pee. When we first arrived we were unable to access the room due to the electronic key pad. We were able to get ahold of the property manager who was kind and efficient. She got us another room at the same resort which was lovely.

Over all the stay was ok. The WiFi would not work then found that the router was not powered on. The door latch is broken and the screw keeps the door from closing completely. The digital keypad did not work the last night we were there. We were unable to leave our room due to the fact that we could not lock the door. I did call the emergency number but did not get a response for about 45 minutes we had already canceled our reservation. The pool was very dirty with leaf debris and dead bugs.

Sunrise Garden - Attic Room 3

The room was an attic. Hit head numerous times. Parking was a nightmare. Parking spot was in an alley way. Little light in room. No light in sink area. Ants in bathroom. Wi-fi and internet was out 6 days of 3 week stay. When calling the the rental office, I had to wait from 44 mins to one hour and 26 mins for someone to answer. Send a text and may receive a response the next day. The pool area was a mess. Area of the pool had a cabana to crash and yellow hazard tape was placed around it for our entire 3 week stay. I would never stay at a Vacasa property again.

Its a room, its fine. Parking is very tight. The ceilings are at an angle and you can see a bunch of grease mark where people continually bump there heads. I had to crane my neck every time I used the bathroom. I am 6 feet tall and the shower head came up to about top of my chest so that was very annoying. If you like water pressure shower downstairs by the pool which was a superior experience aside from everyone being able to watch you shower. There is about 4 sq feet of counter space so do not plan on utilizing the kitchen much if at all. There is a tiny microwave, giant coffee maker (no coffee!) and a hidden toaster. They have a few gas grills located throughout the property which I think were supposed to stay in a communal place but they were all taken to individuals patios. I literally had to knock on another renters room and ask to borrow "their grill" because the one that was in the communal area had no gas. At the end of the day I saw one of the guests dragging their grill back to the communal area. The office is open from 9 - 5 Monday through Friday so if you are there on the weekend you may have trouble getting assistance. DO NOT shut your door without taking the room key. The keypads are not working for some reason. My wife thought that was how we go into the room so she closed the door behind her and we had to wait an hour, since it was a Saturday, before someone came with another key. Location is great but that can be said for anything that far north on the island. I have stayed at many places on Anna Maria over the years and this was by far the least comfortable experience, will not be staying on the property again. Its fine though.

Great location on the Island. Great room for the price.

This is our second time staying at this location in this exact room and we had a great time. The room was small. The A/C was in the window. The bed was soft. The TV was small. Who cares! The pool was perfect! The beach was 2 minutes away. The staff was super friendly. There are shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, etc within walking distance. Your are about 100 feet from a trolley stop. We loved staying at Sunrise Garden. The only real con was the lack of water pressure in the shower. You may as well wash your hair in the sink. It was annoyingly brutal. 5 stars if they figure out how to fix it. It was bad 8 years ago and it's still bad. Not a deal breaker though...
