Come and enjoy Anna Maria's postcard-perfect beaches at this ground-floor duplex! Inside, you'll be surrounded by colorful beach-themed decor anywhere you go. The living area features two comfortable sofas, a ceiling fan, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Right there is a small, but convenient four-person dining table. The kitchen may also be small, but it boasts all the essentials to prepare meals, snacks, delicious and warm coffees, and basically everything that comes to mind. There is a dishwasher that will take care of the dishes once mealtime is over. Additionally, the breakfast bar offers three dining spaces for quick meals on the go.

The bedroom available is at the end of the hall and offers that much-needed privacy. It also has a ceiling fan and a flatscreen TV. There's central air conditioning throughout the home plus free high-speed WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. This room has direct access to a patio area with two Adirondack chairs, a beach chair, and an outdoor dining area, perfect for four people. Back inside, the full bathroom has a convenient tub/shower combination.

Here you'll enjoy a great location with easy walking distance to shops and dining as well as the fishing pier and Gulf beaches. The AMI City Pier is the most popular destination on Florida's Gulf Coast and you'll be just 0.7 of a mile from your home away from home. Bayfront Park is less than a mile away and features a playground, picnic tables, grills, pavilions, and restrooms. Golfers will be able to enjoy the Manatee County Golf Course and Pinebrook Ironwood Golf Course, both 12 miles away.

Welcoming host and a fantastic location. Quick response to a minor issue, immediately resolved. The freezer side of the refrigerator was broken, but the host reported a new appliance is being installed.

Very clean room with a modern, complete kitchen. Bring your own coffee, etc. Nicely decorated. Getting into the unit was challenging because we arrived during a Verizon wide spread outage so we couldnā€™t see the text giving the door key code. So, suggest guests write down the code just in case. The managing company, Vacasa was generally responsive but could improve on communication. One morning a maintenance worker came in unannounced as he got the message that the home was vacant. Great location near north end of island. Free trolley and good biking so we didnā€™t use our car. Would definitely stay here again.

Mini vacation

The property is in a great location and easily accessible. Amenities offered were good, furniture in the sitting area could use a little upgrading but overall a nice, clean and welcoming studio apartment.

Great little place in a nice neighborhood

Enjoyed staying at this property while visiting Anna Maria Island. Beautiful houses in a very quiet street. The only thing I would recommend is a new bed.

Nice little beach cottage

Perfect place for my husband & me. Easy walk to the beach & quite a few restaurants & shops. Iā€™m not sure where the shared laundry was. If we had needed it, I would have had to call to ask how to access it. Including this info in the book on the counter would be helpful. Furniture/twin beds in the living area (or even just the quilts on them) could use some updating, but not a deal-breaker for us. We would stay here again.

Great location

Loved the location! Living room has two twin beds instead of couches. Beds are very uncomfortable; they feel like old mattresses that need to be replaced. Bathroom is tiny. Overall, the unit itself is nice for a weekend trip. Washer and dryer are outside the back door (no one tells you). Also, the door is a nightmare to unlock. You need a key that is in a lockbox that no one gives you a code to..we had to call the management company to get the code. The management company is terrible. We had to interact with them three times during our stay and each time the customer service was poor. The owner needs to find a new management company! Would not stay with any property this company manages again.

Disappointed in lack of ammenities - like working TV.

Could not get prompt response to issues at check-in. Like no TV - disappointed that bikes were locked up and not available. When attempting to access management, got response from network outside Florida that appeared to be a switchboard in Mexico or Latin America. Had some English issues. We checked in on Saturday and service rep finally responded to calls on Monday (a holiday)

It's adequate but in a GREAT location

If you are looking for bare bones, no frills, no creature comforts, and just a place to lay your head at night this is the place for you. If you are looking for a place to completely unwind and relax in any sort of luxury or comfort, you will be greatly disappointed here. It's bright, colorful and clean, but lacking (in serious need of) proper maintenance and updating. The microwave should be replaced as the interior is completely rusted so we didn't feel it was safe to use. The patio furniture is in need of a good power wash, and the door locks need to be replaced on both the front and back door. I stayed there with my 11 year old and it served its purpose...it was just right for us. The location cannot be beat...shops and the beach are walking distance, the street is quiet and it's adjacent to the community center. I'd stay here again with my son, but don't think I'd stay as a romantic getaway or girlfriends weekend.

Cute place but Vacasa is horrible

The place itself was very cute and wonderfully located. We came here to celebrate our recent engagement. However, we had a potentially life threatening fire hazard due to some bad wiring in the bedroom. Close to 11pm the lamps began flickering and I contacted Vacasa to tell them it appeared to be some loose wiring, and I have seen that lead to fire so I told them I didnā€™t feel safe sleeping/staying there. They asked for a photo or video and we as we recorded the flickering, the outlets began sparking. We rushed to unplug them and I was shocked. After showing and telling them this, they continued to tell us to wait there while they talked to someone about relocation. After talking to 4 people, we were finally given a new place to stay at 1am off the island and given wrong codes to enter the home. They finally let us know where their lockbox key was thatā€™s usually only used for management and didnā€™t send correct alarm code until next morning. By the time we drove off the island and got inside it was almost 2am. So to sum it up, we were told to sit in a hazardous home after alerting them of a situation that physically shocked me and could have caught fire, and didnā€™t get into a new home until 3 hours later. It ruined our plans for our last day as we had activities starting at sunrise and we got little sleep. They compensated us for two nights but that doesnā€™t excuse their lack of safety protocol. First and last time renting through them.
