This beautiful Creekside Loft Suite features a King-sized private bedroom with flat screen t.v. and an upstairs loft with 2 double beds. Bright picture windows look out over scenic Fall River. Your private bathroom, just off the bedroom, includes a jetted bathtub and shower combo. The full-sized kitchen has all the basic cooking essentials that you will need and offers a small dining area with bar stools. Your Living Room has a comfy sofa, flat screen t.v. with cable and a cozy gas fireplace. The private deck with patio furniture has gorgeous views of trees, mountains and Fall River. Place was great. Only issue was that the dishwasher stopped working after running it one time. Someone was sent out right away to look at it. They also came out to try and fix it the next day to no avail. Inconvenient but things happen. Great location out of town and super close to the park.

Beautiful Views and Amazing Stay

Very clean and cozy stay. Environment was quiet and relaxing and views were amazing. We got to see a lot of wildlife as well. One of my favorites so far!

Girls getaway

What a lovely little getaway spot. We were just a little drive from Estes and RMNP. The river was so peaceful! The cabin was perfect for 3-4 people. The loft was uncomfortable in the summer heat but cooled in the early morning hours. Overall a great place to stay.

Great family vacation

Property was better than imagined, was a beautiful location. Everything was clean and comfortable. Even got to see an Elk out back! Would definitely stay again!

Great cabin, easy access to RMNP

Had a great time, using the cabin as a launchpad to visit RMNP. Easy park access! Also easy to drive into Estes Park, although currently there is some construction on the road which limits access to 1 lane traffic controlled by a light(so sometimes a little waiting). But overall a great place! Cabin was clean, and had a nice balcony overlooking the river.

Perfect Stay

If you are looking for the perfect Estes Park vacation spot, this is it. This is our second time to stay with this location, and we are already trying to figure out the next time we can make it. The property is perfect for your family. The heated bathroom floor is so nice, and the sound of the water running makes for a fabulous stay. It is close to everything, yet far enough out of downtown Estes Park to not feel crowded. We can't wait to make it back soon.

Relaxing weekend

Creek side suites was just as described and incredibly beautiful! Quiet and friendly place. I love Estes Park and it was so convenient and close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable Mountain Retreat

This place was an amazingly cozy little getaway spot. We had an amazing time sitting by the fire and enjoying the ambiance. Definitely a place we want to stay again!

Wonderful condo

Perfect for our family of 4. We loved the condo. It has beautiful views and was very cozy. We will be back. Upon arrival there was elk in the front yard, gorgeous.

Great place, very close to the park entrance. About 5 minute drive to town.

Only bigger negative was a late check in (+3PM). Smaller issues with the larger complex were that the grounds seem to be watered in the evening and in the morning when we wanted to sit by the beautiful stream.. Made everything wet and we couldn't enjoy one of the best features of the stay. Also the groundskeeper was weedwhacking at about 8:00 AM... kinda put a damper on the morning enjoyment. Else this is a great place to stay. Only positives on the actual unit.

We’ll stay longer next time!

Quick one-night stay with my older parents to show them RMNP - a “bucket list” item for them. This condo was perfect - great space, had everything we needed and is in a beautiful setting. Sitting on the deck, you overlook the back lawn and Fall River - so beautiful and peaceful. Trees block the view to Fall River Rd, and you can barely hear cars over the rushing water (and we were there in September, when water is lower). I wish we could have stayed a week. Fast access to the park - just a couple miles down the road to the Fall River entrance (always less of a line than Beaver Meadows entrance). And easy access to town - just stay on 34, pass the Stanley, then curve right down to the Safeway and you can get to town quickly without having to drive through it! Can’t beat this condo for location, convenience, space, and amenities for the price. Loved it!

Great place to stay for two people. Wonderful to be in the Mountains in this quaint stay. Kitchen is small so good for two people. Simple stay but wonderful for a quick trip.

Great location

This property is in a great location near Estes Park and RMNP. The views of the water in the back are stunning and the set up of the unit is convenient with ample space for a family of 4. The deck is an awesome place to relax after a day of hiking. Check in and out were easy and contact-less.

Location, Location, Location

If you are looking for a beautiful view, you cannot beat this choice. It is away from the hustle of the town but close enough to be in the middle of it all within 10 minutes. The check-in process was amazingly easy. We had everything we needed in the cabin, and again, the view can not be beat. We had a little problem with the cleanliness of the jets in the tub, but just chose to take showers instead. We are a family of 4. My husband, myself, and our two teenage boys were very comfortable. We would love to stay here again!

Great Location! Beautiful setting.

Everything was really good. Beautiful location and setting. Property management was amazing! They were friendly, helpful, and even served lunch and breakfast a couple of the days out on the lawn by the river. Our only issue is that we didn’t realize the unit does not have a washer/dryer, and there is not a place on site to wash clothes.

Just like the pictures

The condo was just like the pictures on VRBO. Very nice unit with a great deck that overlooked the creek. Very relaxing place to hang out. Very quiet complex.
