Your Living Room has a comfy sofa and a cozy gas fireplace. Private deck with patio furniture has gorgeous views of trees, mountains and Fall River. Enjoy watching the wildlife!

This is a very nice, cozy condo right on the Fall River. It was very clean, and the king bed was comfortable. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Didn't want to leave!

Our stay was absolutely breathtaking. Being able to sit outside and enjoy Fall River right in our "backyard" was definitely a highlight of our stay. The condo was super CLEAN, checkin was a breeze, and communication leading up to our visit was prompt & polite. We cannot wait to visit again!

Perfect location

Easy access to RMNP and Estes Park. Literally right on the creek with a nice deck/patio. Beds were very comfortable and peaceful location for relaxing when we weren't out exploring.

Loved this cabin. Right on the stream. We went and got a fishing pole for the kids and they caught tons of trout (released all of them). There is an upstairs loft with two beds. Fireplace on main level w nice king bed. Loved the little deck. Cooking items, nice shower and bathroom. Cable tv with tons of channels. Check in was great and check out easy. The only thing I’d ask for is some warm blankets for living room! Thank you!

Nice comfortable property

Beautiful spot. We enjoyed the balcony and hot tub. Could use some room darkening curtains but everything was great otherwise.

Weekend Getaway

For the most part, this was a great place to get away to. Minus a few items not in the kitchen, the stay was exactly what we were looking for. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay near Estes and RMNP.
