We did want to note that BBQ grills are not permitted on decks due to fire restrictions in Estes Park. These regulations are in place to help protect our guests, the property, and the surrounding area, especially during high fire-risk seasons. Thank you as well for your suggestions regarding the TV and DVD remotes. We will ask the owner to leave clear, written instructions to make those systems easier to navigate for future guests. We also appreciate the feedback about the oven drip pan and will pass that along to the owner for consideration. We truly value your input, as it helps us continue to improve the guest experience.
