Such a beautiful, quiet hideaway conveniently located between the RMNP Fall River Road entrance and the heart of Estes. My mother and I enjoyed a “Hallmark Christmas” 24-hour escape. This condo offered a cozy living area with fireplace perfect for watching cheesy movies and relaxing while jumbo snowflakes fell outside. The upstairs loft area was quiet and private as a second room, and my mother found the main bedroom comfortable. The bathroom had a nice, large shower (bonus points for great water pressure!). We enjoyed our relaxing girl trip thanks to this property!

Condo was a good size for our family of 4. We loved the location, easy access to RMNP. The creek outside this condo was a favorite spot for my 11 year old. Beds were comfortable and bedding was great! I also LOVED that we were not given a list of cleaning things to do prior to check out like most other VRBO rentals require. We already have plans to return and stay here again!

The entrance to RMNP is very close and just 5 minutes away from DT Estes. The property has a great view of the river below the deck. Overall, a great location and wonderful place to stay!

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. Close to town. Close to RMNP. Nice quiet location with stream running through it. We loved it and will be coming back again.

Cozy Retreat

The property was warm and inviting, It was clean, the furniture was very comfortable, and the view of the creek and the surrounding woods, wonderful. Location was ideal for those visiting the national Park as the entrance was less than 5 miles away and close to town as well. It was a gem of a stay!

Cozy condo overlooking River- just outside of town

Comfortable, clean and well appointed. We loved being close to Estes Park but in a quiet corner away from the bustle of downtown. Very close to the park entrance!

RMNP Fall Getaway

Beautiful and Cozy

The beds were comfortable, the view was amazing. We loved the whole experience. There were no coffee filters (so you should stock up on those) but everything else was lovely. Thank you for letting us stay!

Nice little condo close to RMNP

We booked this condo for a last minute trip when available lodgings were hard to find. I'm glad we chose this one. It was clean, easy to find, with a comfy bed and close to RMNP. Check in process was easy and communication with the hosts was great. When we arrived, the toilet wasn't working correctly and the office sent maintenance over and they got it fixed right away. There were TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and loft area. There were also 3 fans, which was nice because most places in Estes (including this one) do not have AC. The living/kitchen area was small, but there was only two of us, so it was exactly what we needed. It would be fine for a small family as well, but I think it might be cramped for people wanting to do a lot of cooking or if you were vacationing with children and got stuck inside due to bad weather. Cell service was pretty spotty, but we knew that going in and the hosts are upfront about it. We were pleasantly surprised with the wifi connection. It was fast and stable. We had to spend a couple of rainy days inside and we were able to stream movies all day (we brought our own streaming device, they were not smart TVs) without interruption. Overall, it was exactly what we needed for a last minute, relaxing getaway in the mountains.

Perfect Getaway!

It was amazing to get away from the noise of life and enjoy time with family. This location offers peace and the peaceful sound of the river, but is not far from all the fun Estes has to offer! Can’t wait to return!

Enjoyed the resident Elk

The cabin was spotless, plenty big enough for 4 people on a hiking trip. Every time we came back, there was a huge elk grazing by the stream. Minor issues the upstairs window didn't close all the way and the blind in the master bedroom did not go all the way down. Overall nice clean place to stay.

Loved the view and location and that was it

We got off to a bad start when we arrived late and found the fireplace was turned on and the place like the inside of an oven. I travel with a carbon monoxide/smoke detector that also displays room temps - It was at least 85 degrees in there when we arrived - and that was not in the loft - even hotter up there. We immediately opened all doors and windows. However, we could not leave any open due to the bear warnings we were given in our packet. Fortunately, we did find 3 fans to blast & that helped a little. Additionally, the place is old and tired. There is a tear in one of the screens in the living space, a lamp shade has a tear in it, the screen upstairs is pulling away from the frame, the mirror by the front door is broken. The space overall is MUCH smaller than it looks online. It is very small. The loft was cluttered with multiple tables and a desk and chair just lined up on the wall. Then, the next morning before 8:30 AM a man came with a key and opened the door - he said he was checking to see if we had checked out - check out was at 10 am! Very odd - fortunately, we were up and packing the car, but still surprising. I would not recommend staying here and I would not book here again. The only good thing about it was the view we woke up to on the deck, the lovely stream and the proximity of the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Oh, I had contacted the property to let them know we would be there late and check about procedure, but never heard from them.

Loved the nearby river!

The location of the cabin we stayed in was great! Right off the river with scenic views out our window and tranquil river sounds. Our granddaughter loved playing on the rocks near the river and we just soaked in the natural beauty all around us. Loved the cabin!
