CAMBO, C154: One-bedroom apartment (T1 bis), ideally located 10 minutes from the thermal baths and the town center, this bright and comfortable apartment is situated at the rear of the building, on the ground floor of a small, new residence. It comprises one bedroom with two single beds (90cm), a living room (non-convertible sofa, TV, coffee table, halogen lamp), an open-plan fitted kitchen (multifunction microwave, two-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator, mini oven/rotisserie, washing machine, etc.), a shower room, a separate WC, a terrace, and private parking.

Internet access is available. Pets are allowed.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency).

The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).

Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have overlooked.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning for a one-bedroom apartment: €44.

- Bed linen (single bed): €30.

- Towels: €8.
