Welcome to The Breeze! The Breeze is located near the shores of the world renown Magens Bay beach. The Breeze boast 7 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, and staggering views of the British Virgin Islands and St John from every angle of your private resort!

Our gorgeous property is divided into 3 buildings.

To better help navigate the property, we have named each building.

Beautiful views, great place

This property was beautiful. The views and all the patios were great. It worked for our friends and family just great. The pool was great and wonderful as well. There was wonderful time had by all! Thank you

Aug 2-9 stay

The view was spectacular. The property was clean but could use some updates. We spend most evening on the deck playing cards and visiting. Had a beautiful view and the breeze kept it cool even during the day. The layout worked great. The pool was very nice and even had a couple floats. Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking meals. We even found another bedroom half way through the stay.

Beautiful view and privacy

The property was spectacular with the view and accommodations. There were 16 of us and it was very comfortable either the separate villas but we met often in the kitchen and communal areas. The pool was great for the children. Ocean breeze kept it cool. Owner operator was always responsive

Thankful for every moment

Anthony was soooo good to stay in touch and offer help with our trip. The house was very accommodating for our large group. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and have fun. Anthony suggested us charter the Salt Meow (highly recommend). We enjoyed it so well we stayed on it all day! Our family is so very thankful for the memories we made. Thank you for all you did to make our trip a great one Anthony!

Family Vacation

A little confusing on the setup up of the property. Great for a lot of people to stay. But not if only a few of you. Only a huge kitchen in main house for us all to convene and 1 pool. The codes to lock the place up were a little confusing & 1 house had no lock at all on the front door. The view was beautiful & Anthony did respond very quickly when I texted or called him.

Great Property/Touch and Go Communication

The property itself was in a great and beautiful location. Once we finally got in contact with the host everything was great, but initial contact was difficult. The property itself was slightly dated with notable upgrades needed, but overall was acceptable for our group.

Most Beautiful Villa in St. Thomas

From the time we arrived and toured the grounds it was most impressive. After 15 minutes we were still finding new rooms. 8 bedrooms in total. Amazing views from all. Large sliding full glass doors facing the water. Updated bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen in main house. Kitchenettes in other rooms. Small fridges in all. Anthony was very available by phone or text. We had 7 travelers, we could have brought 7 friends. Great property. 10 out of 10!

Amazing Views

We recently stayed in this house for our son's wedding. There were 14 of us, and the accommodations were perfect for a big group. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was provided, including linens, beach towels, sunscreen, soaps, etc. Anthony even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and some snacks. The pool, with it's string lights and the little garden by the grill, were lovely. The water pump went out, so we were without water for a bit, but the Owner was very responsive and had the issue resolved by the next morning. The views from the house were amazing, and the Owner super responsive. The house could use a little updating, but it was really a great place for the size group we had.

The location and property are in a beautiful area. Always felt safe. There is much general maintenance that needs to be done on the property. There was mold growing from a leak in the bathroom that needed attention. Many of the outdoor lights were burnt out and needed replacing. Only 1 of the ice makers on the property worked. The dryers run on propane but no one checked to see that all but 1 tank was empty prior to our arrival. The property manager was great and responsive but the general maintenance on the property is lacking. For the money I paid to rent the property, I definitely expected better.

Everything was great until...

The house was great and communication was fantastic. We did have a strange occurrence with the house keeper and her being there randomly for extended periods of time but thats what ever. Every single room in the house needed pest control specifically for ants and finally the last two and a half days of our trip there was NO WATER on the property. Now the owner said she would refund me for those days, yet i have not received anything as of yet and this happened june 26 (started) until we checked out on June 28. I will be happy to update the post w a follow-up once everything has been resolved
