The house has two bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 full bed), 1 full bathroom, a dining space, living room and professionally designed kitchen. Each bedroom has black out curtains, closet space, a dresser, overhead fan and more. The whole house was renovated with modern touches while keeping the old home's charm. You’ll see a brick house with a blue door and black mailbox when you arrive. There is free street parking on the street and most surrounding streets (check signs). You’ll find a spot within a few blocks of the house or park at Patterson Park.

KITCHEN & DINING ROOM:
The kitchen has been fully renovated with new stainless steel appliances and concrete countertops, open shelving and a large island! The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking with cookware, small and large appliances. The kitchen and dining room are open concept with a large island with seating for 2 and a dining table with seating for 2. The kitchen design has been written about in magazines and featured online!
