Incredible gulf-front views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the living room and balcony, with seating for two. This lovely one-bedroom vacation rental offers ample sleeping options for up to four people with a large king bed in the master bedroom, along with a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.



Upon entering SunDestin unit 911, you will be welcomed with a spacious bedroom with warm, beachy dƩcor and a king-sized bed, along with an attached bathroom. Down the hall, the fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops awaits, perfect for making home-cooked meals or quick snacks to enjoy at the beach. The condo and views were beautiful! It was very clean and the perfect spot for a vacation! Everyone in the building was super friendly and everything was very organized! We loved it and would most definetly stay here again!

Overall the stay was great! The location and convenience could not be beat. Only complaint would be the bed being super uncomfortable. Ended up sleeping on the pull out couch 6 out of the 7 nights. But other than that no complaints. The construction was mentioned in the description so can't really complain too much and luckily it wasn't too obnoxious.

Had a wonderful time. A beautiful spot right there on the beach with such a great view! Only thing that was a little upsetting was not having a washer or dryer in the unit, but other than that everything else was fine. Will definitely come back again.

Had to call the front desk because they were renovating in the room above or beside us and it was so loud that it woke us up for the first 4 days of our stay. After that it was okay. I'm glad they're doing updates to the location because it needs it.

Amazing!!!

My husband and I came to SunDestin on our honeymoon and we LOVED it!! The rooms were super clean and well stocked with needed items. We loved waking up to the beachfront view and sat in the balcony every morning! Pelicanā€™s Roost was an amazing restaurant and had the best rum buckets weā€™ve ever hadā€”and were able to enjoy those by the poolside! Weā€™re looking forward to coming back next year for an annual vacation:)

3rd stay in a row!

We always enjoy coming back to the SunDestin for our vacation! Everything was great as always! My only complaint during the trip was our bathroom sink drain and shower drains were stopped up, but that was a minor thing! Other than that thank you all for always welcoming us with open arms! We will miss being there now that weā€™re back home but definitely always a great getaway!

Beach Vacation 2023

Unit was clean and well kept. The view of the beach and ocean from the 9th floor were amazing. Staff at the resort were very helpful and the check in process was very smooth. The only negatives with are stay were the noisy a/c unit on the patio and the sheets on the bed were rather old and nubby. Overall the stay was great.

Arrived to find my room was given away to someone else. Concierge was very nice and apologetic. He found another room for us, that was adequate. Still not the room I wanted. For the rest of the stay, the room key had to reactivated several times. Other than that, the beach was beautiful.

Overall it was a decent stay but I have a few complaints, it was very hard getting in and out the resort because of traffic. I suggest a traffic be put there if all possible. The Saturday night before leaving on Sunday was very noise, children running in hallway and making loud noise on deck and beach area. It woke us up and continued from about 1am to 245am

The condo was nice and furnished well but the Mattress was very hard and old uncomfortable to sleep on. I recommend getting a new mattress. Also there wasn't a good verity of kitchenware that was needed. Other then that everything else was good.

Beach Stay

The location was great! I received a text early letting me know my condo was ready. I checked in and went straight for the ocean view on the balcony. Beautiful aqua water and that powder white sand! The condo had everything I needed. It would have been great to have had more towels, but I did not have to share. When I first arrive the Tiki Bar was not open and I did not find out until the night before I left it had opened later that week. The condo was very clean. It was a little older but was kept nice. The closet doors did not work well. I was afraid to try to close them. I had a great relaxing time. I will keep this place in mind for another getaway.
