Resort On Sand! Direct Ocean View! Close to the Harbor, Waterpark, & More!

You will feel like you are in heaven when you enter our gorgeous 7th condo for the very first time. Enjoy your morning coffee while relaxing on our private balcony with direct Gulf views and new Pollywood furniture or sip your favorite beverage in the hot tub and watch the spectacular sunsets.

Our condo is newly updated with new memory foam mattresses, new living room furniture, new smart TVs in living room and bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked and has a keurig and a regular coffee maker to appeal to all coffee lovers favorite! No washer/dryer. Coin operated washer/dryer on each floor.
Please be aware that the building is currently undergoing some construction. Occupants will experience some noise during business hours and see construction activity in the vicinity. All amenities are open with the exception of the splash pad and indoor pool. The opposite side of the building will be updating units' windows and sliding doors and making exterior concrete repairs/painting the building. The side of the building that our unit is on has been updated already. In light of these temporary inconveniences, we have adjusted our rates to offer you the best value during this period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Julie was a very responsive host who was willing to accommodate special request. SunDestin resort is the perfect stay for the family. Very nice pool, fast elevators, easy access to the beach. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Comfy condo

It was our first time to Florida and what a great experience. The condo is clean and upgraded with perfect views of the beach. We really enjoyed all of the options Destin had to offer. Our host was great, quick to respond and check in was easy even though we arrived at 1am. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a relaxing beach location

Great place to stay

Property was great and close drive to nearby restaurants. Any issues we had were delt with quickly. We only wished we would have stayed longer. The ocean water temperature was perfect and so was the pool temperature. Will definitely go again.

We had a great time, condo was plenty of room for two adults, view was spectacular, 2 minute Uber ride to and from great food and night life, we loved that chick fil a was across the road, I definitely recommend and will be back!!

Relaxing!

My wife and I wanted a nice peaceful week to visit Destin for the first time and we made the right choice with this condo. Right on the beach! Can't beat a great view, easy beach access, and a pool to relax in as well right there. Can't beat the views or price!

Beautiful Destin

Property was nice , there was construction going on but it did not bother us one bit . Room was nice and clean , only thing I would change is maybe an upgrade in sheets and comforter , they were scratchy feeling , otherwise everything was perfect, a very good location centralized for all your needs and nice restaurants in this area . Would definitely stay here again .

Sandy beach get away

Great location; right on a beautiful, sandy beach though the beach was a bit crowded. Great umbrella service, though pricey. Clean linens and towels and had plenty of items to use in the kitchen. Nice little balcony. Comfy beds.

Great Family Resort

We loved the location on the beach and all of the activities around town. It was the perfect spot for our 14 and 17 year olds. The condo was nice, but the bunk beds were too small for them.(better for younger kids) Next time we will get a two bedroom. Overall it was clean and the view was beautiful!

Great unit!

We rented this unit for family members joining us in Destin that our unit didn’t have room for everyone in the group. They were very happy with the unit and would definitely stay there again. View is awesome and the hallway bunks are great. Will definitely look for this unit again when we need additional room.

Great Getaway!!

Great place to stay, felt safe and secure!!! The view was awesome. Close to many sites, shops, restaurants etc. Condo was clean, very nice owners. Sitting out on the balcony was relaxing listening to the ocean. I would of liked for the heat/air unit on the balcony to of been a little quieter, but I would not let this keep me from staying again. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Tax Season getaway

Perfect location, right on the beach. Outdoor pool wasn’t working & renovation construction was loud! Started @ 8:20am. Weather was a bit cool, but sitting on the balcony wrapped in a blanket was worth it. Got some well needed vitamin sea 😎

Last minute trip

First of all, Julie was wonderful to work with. We had brought something to her attention when checking in and she sent someone to fix it right away! The complex was nice and so were the amenities. All of the restaurants we went to were delicious! Thanks for the suggestions!! Nothing caught us as a surprise, because lots of information was given ahead of time. The condo had everything that we needed. Kitchen was well prepared. It was nice having the gas grills at the ground level. We will definitely rent again! Thanks

Great vacation spot, but could use some updating!

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 7yo, 5yo, and 2yo) enjoyed our time here! The condo was just as advertised and my boys loved the bunk beds. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with all the utensils and cooking items you would need- THANK YOU! The condo itself was fairly dated. The living room could use a little update, as well as the bathrooms. There is very little storage, but we made it work for the week! Be prepared for very sandy feet. The balcony was stocked with boogie boards and sand toys, and we really appreciated this! We also began the week with only 4 bath towels, and Julie quickly restocked us, which was so appreciated! She was very attentive to our needs. The condo itself is dated (the restaurant is not like in the pictures and I wouldn’t suggest it, the beach chairs by the pool are old and not many, and the beach service covers the entire front row of the ocean each day), but aside from this it worked well for our week in the sun! Thank you Julie for your warm hospitality!

Not quite what expected

First, the complex is currently doing construction. Jack hammers ran from 8am til 4pm. Very annoying if you are in room for any length of time. Due to the construction, almost half the parking lot was not available. Parking was definitely an issue & this was not peak season. Would have been nice to be I formed of the construction issue prior to booking. The AC unit is located outside on the balcony, which was noisy when it kicked on. Also, a couple of pigeons had roosted behind the AC unit & almost came into unit when sliding door opened to go out to balcony. Informed onsite management 2x & they finally resolved the issue.

Not that great.

Condo was smaller than expected, but the biggest concern was the cockroach problem they had. Immediately upon arrival a cockroach ran under the furniture and would appear every night since then. The condo was only stocked with bare minimum anything. The kitchen faucet and towel hooks were falling apart. Did not seem that clean either. Entire condo had tile floors that had no rugs, so with 3 kids slipping on them all the time. Nice view of beach and easy access to beach. The facilities were nice with indoor and outdoor pools and splashpad. However, they don't tell you you do not have access to all amenities like the fitness center or the DVD rental kiosks located throughout. We loved the facilities but will not be staying at this condo again.

Destin Beachfront

Overall this is a very nice place. The only thing I think really needs to be addressed, is the mattress in the bedroom was very uncomfortable. Definitely needs replacing. The air conditioner in the unit was great!! The unit location was nice and was well stocked with kitchen items. I will also mention that the floor was not clean upon arrival. We wore our flip flops inside otherwise our feet were black. The rest of the unit was clean, almost like whomever cleaned forgot to mop the floor. The plumbing in this unit was very slow draining, but was not too inconvenient. The bunk Beds were awesome! The kids had a small space for themselves. I would not recommend purchasing any drinks for the bar downstairs, it was way overpriced!! Staff was professional and we will rent here again, I just hope they have a new mattress by then.
